Eddygate Apartments, ithaca-ny

Marcus the new property manager here has been very helpful. I had an issue with the lock on my door, and Marcus got it fixed right away. There was a small issue with it a month later, and Marcus had the lock people back out right away to have it taken care of. I appreciate all his hard work.

Completely disorganized and unresponsive management. It took over 2 weeks, multiple emails, and 7 calls for them to respond to a maintenance request.

Travis Hyde were super accommodating and helpful when I had to move in very last minute in the middle of the semester - thank you all again! Julianne and the maintenance crew has speedy with any fixes needed for the apartment (one business day turnaround). Minor thing to note about apartments facing the parking lot is you can hear the garbage trucks coming in early in the morning between 3:00-5:00am for majority of the week. It does get quite loud if you tend to keep your window open, since the dumpsters tend to be full especially with adjacent restaurants using the same ones. If you live closer to the lower levels, you can clearly hear construction from the stores renovating below. These are out of their control and if you're not a light sleeper, you would be fine.

One of the best places to stay in Ithaca. Rooms are very spacious & very well furnished. Location is also pretty good as it's at the heart of Collegetown and there are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores nearby.

Lived here for 2 years. Great apartments, way cheaper than most places in Ctown for the price. Landlords were always communicative and flexible. We never felt like they were trying to scam us like I've heard other ctown landlords do. Maintenance always came as soon as we filed a report and fixed whatever issues we had. Packages do get taken often, but that was really the only issue. Some of the apts aren't renovated (as of 2017 I think), but we got a new one that was really great. Furnishing and TV are a huge plus.
