Collegetown Crossing, ithaca-ny

I rented with Urban Ithaca during my sophomore, junior, and senior years of being a student at Cornell. I lived in Collegetown Crossing with three other roommates, and it was a wonderful experience! They resolved any concerns or maintenance issues very quickly and were very communicative. They took care of our plants during long breaks and always kept the building/ apartment in great condition. The people at Urban Ithaca truly go above and beyond to keep tenants comfortable and happy!

I rented with Urban Ithaca for two years and had a wonderful experience with them! They were extremely accommodating and helpful when we had any issues. Brian, who works in maintenance, was always around and able to come help with any quick fix we needed. I will miss renting with them -- highly recommend!
