Auden Ithaca has made so many changes that benefit the current residents, incoming residents and staff! Their new laundry facility are top notch and well maintained. Tenants can make their payments online through their tenant portal and submit maintenance requests. The office staff are knowledgeable and assist in a friendly, timely fashion. Stop in to Auden Ithaca leasing office, meet the staff and while your there take a tour! Affordable, close to campus and furnished. Change is good and Auden Ithaca staff are making changes that are spectacular!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Linda. From the very beginning, she guided us through the entire leasing process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She took the time to show us all the amenities and answered every question we had. As parents leaving our daughter for college, we experienced a mix of emotions. Thanks to Linda, along with the wonderful management team—Jesse and Alex—we feel confident knowing our daughter is in a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community. Thank you all for making this important transition such a positive experience. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done and highly recommend this community to other families.

The leasing team at Auden Ithaca has been amazing. Especially Jesse worked with us at the last minute to make sure moving in for our daughter was smooth without hiccups. We had some challenges but with Jesse's help we were able to overcome them and move in went smoothly. We would highly recommend this property for anyone moving to that area.

Pros: relatively cheap rent, good shuttle service, pleasant and quiet location not too far from campus. Maintenance team is helpful but can be slow. Living room is a good size and layout, bedrooms are small but decent. Cons: Everything is a bit old and run down, especially furnishings and restroom, and may need to be repaired. Mail room is not very secure — while there are package lockers and a door lock, packages are frequently left on the floor or even outside. Electricity bills are high, likely due to poor insulation and old construction. Room was not clean when we moved in. Laundry room is nice but expensive. Verdict: if you want to save money, can’t find a better option, and don’t want to live in College Town, it’s a viable choice. If you want a nice, modern apartment, don’t mind spending a little more, and want a more central location, look somewhere else. If you’re on the fence, see if you can find a better option.

Rent is on the cheaper end but management has been changing frequently, leading to issues with rent portals and up-keeping building care. Hallways are cleaned maybe once or twice a year and units are only minimally cleaned upon moving in. Nothing crazy but do expect dirty vents, small sinks, and dust bunnies galore. Our unit had 20 abandoned cat toys from the previous resident under the sink. Also, mail room is not secure.
