Super convenient location but VERY noisy most nights. Hot water and elevator broke many times, and roommate who could not go down stairs would be stuck for hours waiting for maintenance to come, and eventually had to move out. Our unit also did not have any control of heating which was never resolved (during the coldest week of winter we had no heating and it got as cold as 50 degrees inside).

Karen has been wonderful throughout the entire renting process. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience with a landlord. This is now my second year in a row renting with Travis Hyde and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Ithaca!

Overall a good place to live. The property management team was responsive and easy to reach whenever I needed something, which made a real difference over the course of my lease! kudos to the property team! One thing worth knowing if you're considering an upper floor: the elevator had recurring outages during my time here. I lived on the 5th floor, and when it was down there was no alternative other than the stairs. Each outage was fixed, but the problem kept coming back, so it seems to need a permanent repair rather than another patch. If you're on a lower floor this likely won't affect you much.
