I’ve had a great experience living at The Loop Apartments. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a really welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The amenities are well taken care of, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.What truly stands out, though, is the staff. Ana, Matt, and Liz consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and valued. They are always friendly, approachable, and responsive, whether it’s answering questions, resolving concerns, or just checking in. Their professionalism and positive attitudes make a huge difference in the overall living experience.It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in creating a comfortable and enjoyable community. I would absolutely recommend The Loop Apartments to anyone looking for a place with both great living spaces and an exceptional staff.

The move-in for my son was excellent Liz, Ana and the team were amazing and helped us with everything we needed! We love the special touch of breakfast upon arrival that was really sweet! We’re really happy to know our son is gonna be living in such an amazing place!

Living at The Loop in Isla Vista has been such a great experience! The location is right in the heart of IV, close to campus, the beach, and all the local spots. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and come with great amenities like a gym, study areas, and rooftop spaces that are perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The building feels super secure, and the management team is responsive and helpful whenever anything comes up.

I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes in Isla Vista and nothing compares to the loop! I recently moved in, and the front desk has been so welcoming. Staff is friendly and attentive, nice apartments, super convenient trash and laundry areas, and amazing amenities. Kaelen and Ana are super friendly and have been very helpful! Another great quality is that staff will notify you when your packages arrive. I have really enjoyed my experience so far!

I moved into The Loop last August and have mostly enjoyed my experience thus far. The amenities, such as the Sky Deck, are really nice to have and well-maintained. The staff occasionally has issues with responsiveness and following through with maintenance requests/other questions, but are overall reliable. The leasing intern, Kaelen, is great at her job and genuinely works to make sure residents have a positive experience. My only complaint would be on maintenance - our apartment came with many scratches/dents/plumbing issues, and it took weeks after service requests were put in to get them fixed. Overall, I have enjoyed my time at The Loop and would recommend living here.
