I had a wonderful experience living at Skyloft Apartments. The building itself is well-maintained, and the location is excellent but what truly made my time there special was the amazing management team. I want to especially thank Tyler and Erin for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support. Every time I had a question or issue, no matter how small, they handled it with patience, care, and a truly professional attitude. It's rare to find such a responsive and genuinely helpful team in property management, and I always felt that I was in good hands with them. I am grateful for everything they’ve done and would absolutely recommend Skyloft to anyone looking for a place to live in the area.

I’ve seen firsthand how much everyone trusts him he’s truly a person of integrity. I’m so happy I chose this building. Tyler helped me find my apartment and has gone above and beyond not just for me, but I hear the same from neighbors. I love my home here and am so happy that the design, with its art and beauty, drew me in especially as an artist myself.

I'm so happy I chose Skyloft as my home after living here for 2.5 years now. I want to thank everyone in the leasing office like Hiba, Aaron, Tyler, Jack, and Sawsan for being so helpful and they go above and beyond to assist my needs. Not only the leasing staff, but the maintenance team are also the best. Additionally, this community offers a range of great amenities that my partner and I can enjoy. If we're bored on our days off, we often use the golf simulator, Skyloft bike, and chill by the bar at the rooftop. If you're looking for a modern, luxurious, and spacious home, I recommend Skyloft.

We had a very frustrating application experience with Skyloft. We attempted to apply for a unit as soon as it appeared on Skyloft’s public availability/sitemap page. During the application process, the website said we needed to complete a required form, but the form did not appear, so we could not proceed to the final submission step. We called Skyloft immediately, and staff were able to see the same issue using the account information we provided. My spouse also went to the office around 2:00 PM, and staff indicated it appeared to be a backend/system issue. Around 2:30 PM, we were told another applicant had submitted for the unit at approximately 1:45 PM. From our perspective, the process was very disappointing because we attempted to apply earlier but were blocked by the application system. We asked for this to be escalated to Legacy Partners and requested review of the system logs and application timeline. I hope management reviews what happened and improves the application process so other applicants do not run into the same issue.
