If you are a “helicopter” mum minding your UCI daughter or son living in the American Campus Community (ACC) apartments, rest assured that the capable hands of exceptional manager Adriana can easily settle your anxiety and concerns. In our case we have a daughter that is a junior (rising senior in 2026-2027) living in ACC apartments and our initial Move-in was easy and smooth. A resounding applause and kudos to Adriana and her amazing team whom all were extremely accommodating, forthright, transparent and over-the-top in helping us with the process in securing a ACC living space for our UCI daughter. This past experience was so positive that our daughter decided to remain in the same apartment for her senior year at UCI!!! Without a doubt do we highly recommend working with ACC’s manager Ms. Adriana and her team whom effectively and diligently extend themselves to the parents and students when in need of any assistance or support. Adriana’s leadership alongside her teammates’s genuine caring qualities and skillful abilities can only lend itself to the type of living and learning environment that is conductive in having our students thrive, flourish and succeed at UCI:) Thank you Team ACC for equally investing in our students… Zot! Exceptional support during a really difficult situation: I want to give a huge shoutout to Zuha Hayat, Residence Life Coordinator at Plaza Verde. When I experienced an altercation with a roommate, Zuha handled everything with incredible professionalism, empathy, and urgency. She reached out immediately, kept me informed every step of the way, connected me with important resources, and had a transfer option ready for me within 24 hours — with the fee completely waived. Even after I decided to stay in my unit, she continued checking in and held the alternative space open just in case, which gave me real peace of mind. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and supported throughout the entire process. If you're ever in a tough spot living at Plaza Verde, you're in good hands with Zuha. She's the kind of staff member who makes a real difference. Thank you, Zuha!

I’ve had a really great experience living in Plaza Verde. I use the community center quite a bit and have always had a pleasant experience with the front desk staff as well as the amenity centers. I would highly recommend living here!

Calvin and Rubi, are the best, had my package given to me in a in an instinct. I was so worried cause my mom shipped something so important and I guess it got mixed up and they got it for me right away. 10/10 service!

Really helpful staff. Had issues with 4 different printers and Alexa at the front desk took matters into her own hands and helped me get my print. I do agree there is an issue with lack of parking though
