I like the fact that I can easily use an app to register and update records for my ESAs with ease. I like the use of the residents login to access my rental ledger and see the breakdown of my rent and utilities for my total monthly charges on my account. I also love that Flex is available for payment and with how it also helps with increasing your credit score too. What I don’t like are the “scare tactics” that are used to get people to renew their lease by X-date or the rent will be increased by $_____. Also there is no way to back out/cancel if something happens and you can’t and/or don’t want to continue the lease for another year. Even medical concerns or anything won’t allow the breaking of the lease. The only way to do so is to sublease to another person and you have to pay $300 to do said subletting. Also this is only if the sublettee has gottwn approved by Property Management to more into that unit.

Maintenance is always so fast and on it. I’ve lived in a lot of complexes and I will say that the Quarters maintenance team is efficient and speedy. If I put in a request, I know it will most likely be completed the next day or within 24 hours. Very impressive.

I would not recommend this apartment. On move in day the unit was filthy and smelt of cat urine. We had to put in a request for them to come in and do an enzyme treatment on the carpet in one of the bedrooms before things could be moved in. Not long after we moved in I had an incident where my cat had gotten stuck in the laundry room. I had went into the clubhouse to see if someone could help and a maintenance employee came into my unit and then said he would be back with more hands. Come to find out he never let anyone else know and had gone on his lunch break leaving my cat stuck for a few hours. I had to go back to the office and ask for help again before they came back. Safety and cleanliness are also a big issue here. My car was broken into and the complex did nothing. When I filed a police report I was told that there have been multiple calls of cars getting broken into here. Multiple times the dumpsters were completely overfilled with piles of trash bags all over the ground. I was also using Flex to pay rent and a couple months after I started using it I was randomly charged an extra $700 by The Quarters. When I called, the employee who answered the phone was uneducated in how Flex works. You would think since they are constantly sending emails about how flex is an option, the employees would know how it works. I was pretty much told that I was out of luck for the time being and they could send a check in the mail. After sorting it out with my bank, The Quarters wanted me to pay $35 for returning the payment. The amenities are typically dirty and the pool/hot tub are randomly closed despite residents paying quite a bit.

The landlords are decent people and the place is a nice place to live as far of the quality of apartments and amenities. but I also have been the victim of hate crimes here 4 times. One time completely for no reason whatsoever unprovoked no interactions no reason to damage my property The other times were room mates who just choose to instigate provoke and cause issues damage and harm out of spite and immaturity. Michael Jackson said it best in one of his songs. I’m tired of being the victim of hate crimes Honestly people are petty evil creatures and at a certain point when a snake bites u u stop blaming the snake for being a snake. God bless America.

Its a great place to be! All kinds of amenities, gym, pools and hot tub. The clubhouse vibe is on point. Nice apartments and reliably quick maintenance! Love it here!
