Rise At Riverfront Crossings, iowa-city-ia

I cannot say enough good things about The RISE at Riverfront Crossings! My fourth college student lives there now, and it has been by far our best off-campus housing experience! The apartments and building are beautiful. Incredible amenities. And the staff are so responsive and professional. Move in was well-planned and such a breeze. There was an issue (discovered by RISE staff) with my son's refrigerator/freezer while he has been home for break. RISE is taking care of everything. There will be a new appliance when he gets back to Iowa City, and they are even helping financially to replace the spoiled food. Absolutely worth the slightly higher price tag compared to other Iowa City properties.

I’ve had a really great experience living here so far! The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities are a huge plus. The staff is friendly and quick to respond whenever I’ve had questions or needed help. The location is also super convenient, especially for getting around town. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and easy place to live.

I signed at rise in October of 2024 and haven’t looked back since. The staff is outstanding, amenities are great, and my unit has an excellent view. If you are looking for an apartment building in Iowa city this is the way to go.

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at!! Kaylie at Rise helped me so much and gave me the best tour! the amenities are amazing! I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone!

Rise is in a great location — close enough to downtown to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the noise. There are plenty of cafes, pizza spots, and parks within walking distance, which makes living here both enjoyable and convenient.
