I never used to care where I lived, and now I’m the guy who won’t shut up about his apartment. The location is unbeatable, everything downtown is a short walk away and I’ve basically stopped using my car. The amenities are actually good, the gym has great natural light and equipment that works, and the common spaces are nice enough that I look forward to hanging out in them. Maintenance is fast, stuff gets fixed before I can even get annoyed about it. And the staff genuinely know my name and are always looking out. Living here has been easy in a way renting usually isn’t. 10/10, already planning to re-sign.

I’ve had an amazing stay at rise and its facilities have provided so many fun memories such as the pool and lounge! Ellie Morman is the sweetest soul and the most helpful employee. If ever someone gets a raise, I hope it’s her because she deserves it!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. The place they show you might look good; however, you will end up with a moldy sink and shower booth, boogers on the wall, poor internet service that might require you to purchase your own internet plan, and a poorly maintained pool. Also, when you move out, they will charge you even for issues that may have already existed. Be sure to take detailed PHOTOS and VIDEOS of your unit when you move in to avoid their scam.
