Nice place to live. I enjoyed being close to Walmart and Culver's, as well as neighborhoods to walk in around hawks ridge. Maintenance was super quick to solve issues. Office staff was always really helpful whenever I needed anything. Shoutout Morgan L for always helping with all my printing!! Such a friendly and welcoming face!

I have lived at Hawks Ridge for the past 3 years and it has been a great place to call home! I have had great experiences with the leasing staff and the maintenance staff. The shuttle makes for easy access to campus and the walk to the stadium and hospital is only 25 minutes! I also enjoy the affordable covered parking garages, the gym and tanning beds! Great place for students and those who work at the hospital!

As a current tenant, I’ve had a really positive experience living here. Maintenance requests are handled with rarely a wait, and the team does a great job resolving issues. The amenities are well-kept(Personal favorite is the gym + Basketball Court) and a nice bonus, and the leasing office staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall, a place I'd recommend to future tenants.

Overall, I enjoy living here. It was a great first option for off-campus housing. The staff is all very kind and ready to help whenever asked. The shuttle is spotty - that is my only complaint. The units are nice, with nice storage in the bedrooms. I enjoy the amenities in the leasing office as well. Great for the price!

Hawks Ridge was the perfect first apartment for me. The location taught me discipline about getting to campus for classes and adapting quickly with the shuttle. The amenities made life easier being farther from campus, and while they could use come upkeep, they were always readily available. Parking being cheaper than anywhere else wasn't too shabby either. The staff were always kind, and eager to interact with residents. Shout out to Addison! I think Hawks Ridge is the perfect first apartment for any young 20-something year old.
