I lived with Campus View apartments for 2 years and had a wonderful experience! Everything was done online and through an app including rent payments and maintenance requests, which was very easy and convenient. Whenever we put in a maintenance request we would get a response rather quickly and the issue would be resolved the following day. Bryan was my landlord and he was very easy to contact and responded quickly. They even replaced our locks with digital locks which made me feel safer. I would highly recommend living with Campus View for an affordable and enjoyable experience.

I have had a great experience living in a Campus View Apartment. Leasing with Angie was very easy and she worked very hard to accommodate me and my schedule! I never had issues with neighbors, maintenance, or land lord while renting here. I love paying for rent through AppFolio as well.

DO NOT RENT FROM CAMPUS VIEW. I rented from Campus View Apartments and had an awful experience. The apartments have many issues, which are not/rarely ever fixed when requested. When I followed up with maintenance, management was rude and made excuses. When my roommates and I moved out, we got completely screwed out of our security deposit, even though our apartment was regularly used for showings because of the good condition. If I were you I would rent from another company, I can't imagine any other company in Iowa City being worse than Campus View.

I personally have had such a great experience with campus view! When we had maintenance requests, they were fixed within 24 hours. Great communication, clean apartments, relatively cheap for Iowa City area, great location! I plan on living with them throughout all of college.

Had a fairly decent experience while renting. However, do not expect to get your security deposit back. We deep cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and were each charged $350 for "cleaning expenses". Some of the things they claimed were "damaged" or "dirty" were perfectly fine. Sad to say that our experience ended so sourly with this company.
