Leasing agent was extremely helpful and so kind. She took me into a model apartment and told me exactly I was getting and what to expect. Definitely would recommend renting here if your student or if you’re just wanting a room!

My experience living here has honestly been very frustrating, which is why I’m rating it 1 out of 5. The biggest issue has not just been things breaking, but how long it takes for anything to actually get fixed. Almost every problem we’ve had did eventually get resolved, but it took an unreasonable amount of time. For example, the WiFi barely worked for months and we just recently got a solution after about six months, which doesn’t even help much since I’m moving out in three weeks. The kitchen sink disposal was also broken for a long time before it finally got fixed a couple months ago. There have also been ongoing issues that still aren’t fully resolved. The washer and dryer have never worked properly and continue to be unreliable. We’ve also had multiple maintenance requests marked as complete when no one actually came, which slowed everything down even more. Over time we’ve dealt with things like mold in the AC, repeated AC problems, leaks, broken furniture that was never replaced, and even a pest issue. Some of our belongings were damaged, and we ended up buying our own couch after waiting too long for help. What makes this more frustrating is that rent has continued to increase while the response time for repairs has been extremely slow. After dealing with all of this, it feels like basic expectations for maintenance and communication were not met. Overall, I’ve been here for 3 years and the experience has been disappointing, mostly because nothing gets handled in a timely manner. Not even trying to be that person but I would never recommend this place and I hope for some accountability and some form of compensation on your businesses end.

I’ve lived here 2 years and things have gone downhill recently. They have recently started adding extra billing fees (in the middle of my lease), they cut the shuttle service from 2 buses to 1 essentially rendering it useless unless you like a bus that constantly runs late, and lastly we have had little to no internet while they “upgrade it” with zero reimbursement or solutions offered. Place used to be decent but now is a hard pass, look elsewhere.

20/10 experience! I have lived here the past 2 semesters and it was great, staffing was good but the maintenance team was phenomenal! If Lawson and Chris from the maintenance team moved complexes then so would I and my roommates!

Believe the bad reviews and save yourself endless headache and money by not moving here and making the same mistake I have and many others. To say bad management would be an understatement and then the maintenance situation is even worse. They will come over and say completed on your request and then not a thing was fixed.. endless cycle with no resolution.The units are old and have old appliances which will run your electricity bill up sky high and and there are cracks coming down my walls now from the apartments being so old and run down. My A/C unit is old and hasnt worked propely since I moved in and maintenance has looked at it many times and ultimately tells me dont turn it below 70 degrees because the unit cant keep up, but they wont replace anything. My unit has electrical issues and outlets short out and i was without power for days with no explanation. Looks nice from the street but it's not. ZERO wifi for months now and no compensation or solution. Can't work at my own home or study. New billing charges and my electricity bill has trippled over the last 3 months amd im the only person living here amd im barely here. Don't expect to get help from the office and maintenance is a joke. Not to mention the lack of security and the gates are consistently broken. Dogs run loose and poop all over the side walks and the stairs. The whole complex reeks of weed as it is acceptable to sit and smoke on porches in plain sight... the management does not care. Parties at all times and it's become a very disruptive place to live and I count down the days till my lease is up; they refuse to offer help in finding a lease takeover or a payoff amount because it's technically student housing and they only care about their money not the residents. 0 STARS.. the most mismanaged complex I've ever stayed at and cannot wait to leave.
