Highly Recommended! During my search for an apartment, I visited several places, but I must confess that this team stands out as the best. Their hospitality, professionalism, excellent customer service, and friendly approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Chad Hughes, Tanya Love, and Sonnie Guerrero for their outstanding assistance, patience, and dedication. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment and a team that truly cares about its residents and future tenants. Management is grossly incompetent, I’m not even sure how they got their jobs. They do not care about you or have any sense of urgency whatsoever. I was placed with a disgustingly filthy hoarder that they didn’t do anything about after repeated complaints. My apartment is constantly smelly and filthy. Management will not move me or the hoarder out of the unit. I just stopped complaining after three months because it is pointless. They can’t even manage my living conditions or inflict appropriate violations for cleanliness. My unit was later broken into and I was attacked. The door has yet to be replaced and the incident was two weeks ago. All management can say is that they are “working on it” and “sorry that happened”. Cameras here also are not reliable apparently. I can’t wait to move out. Only after my initial review did they decide to fix my door. Their response shows the disgusting practices here and lack of care for tenants. Management are incompetent liars. Only giving one star for the lovely student staff here.

Tour Review - Tanya was the best part of the tour. The unit we looked at was very well put together and made us feel very welcomed. It was sooooo nice. No way she wasn't 20 years old, genuinely. Her personality sold us the most. Saved the best for last for touring. Better than where I'm at now, can't lie. It was AMAZING!

I’ve had a great experience living at The Armory Apartments. The price is hard to beat for the amount of space you get, and the amenities make it feel like you’re getting even more value. The staff is always friendly and quick to answer any questions. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, which is something I really appreciate. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with a great atmosphere, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed calling it home.

I was supposed transfer to a different unit at this complex, which they told me about many months ago. Originally, I was supposed to be placed in a unit on the second floor. I found out today that I’m now being placed in a unit on the fifth floor. I thought that was some interesting news, but I was okay with it. Then, I go into said unit to move all of my belongings in it, and found a man, who apparently “works for the apartment” was staying in there until tomorrow (yet my transfer date was today). Additionally, the unit was filthy. The walls, the carpet, the sink, the shower, the kitchen, were covered in dirt and food. To top it all off, I had my family come to help me move units TODAY and they had over an hour drive, so all three of our times were completely wasted due to a management failure. Also, when we asked why there were random fees posted on to my account, the general manager had no clue and waived them (interesting as to why she didn’t have an answer.) Please be mindful of things like this if you’re thinking of signing here…
