Nice and quiet place to live but everyone I have ever interacted with in the office is very unprofessional and hard to get a hold of with the office being closed during open hours or even by phone. We decided to break our lease to buy a home and communication was slow and confusing. After turning in the lease termination we had to keep contacting them about if we were getting our deposit back/if we owed them. We were told many different numbers from different people that we were or weren’t getting our deposit back and months later still have no idea even with contacting them. The deposit is not a small amount of money to be cavalier about. Unimpressed. EDIT/UPDATE After posting this review, the owner publicly responded accusing me of “bullying” his staff and making “spiteful untrue statements.” That reply has been deleted. To clarify: we terminated our lease in early December and moved out in early February within the required 60-day notice period, so the claim that we expected a deposit before moving out is incorrect. The real issue has always been the lack of clear communication after we moved out. We were given multiple conflicting amounts by different staff members about whether we owed money or were getting money back. Months later, even after repeated follow-ups on our end, we still have no clear written final accounting of our deposit. Wanting transparency about a large sum of money is not “bullying.” It is a basic expectation when tenants fulfill the terms of their lease. The owner’s deleted public reply reinforce the concern about professionalism and communication that led to this review in the first place.

Great apartment and location, but what I really like is their maintenance team. They are very friendly and good at their job. Just today, my AC was not working, I posted a request on the online portal last night and someone was over this morning, it took most of the day to get fixed but fixed it is. Thank-you Ricky!

Absolutely love everything about Huntsville village The vibes here are unmatched – it's clear this place is tailored for students and professionals like me. The location is prime. I’m nice quiet neighborhood. My fave is the workout room! Nice and clean.

I never write reviews but after my terrible experiences with another apartment that shall not be named down the road, I loved this apartment soooo much. I stayed at a different apartment complex before this one and that was so dirty and then they wouldn't give me back my security deposit because it will "be used for the last month's rent" but I paid it already at the beginning of the month. Started looking elsewhere and saw this apartment. Despite reviews about management, I decided to sign anyway because it checked off all the boxes and the rent is honestly really good if you're looking at the price as a working adult and not poor college student budget. The apartment was really clean with easy to clean hard floors. It also felt so safe: the outside lot was lit well during night, there was an in-unit washer and dryer, and the trees surrounding the property didn't feel spooky but gave some privacy if I opened up the window blinds. I worked from home (meetings and calls) and never had issues with noise. I thought I would never see my security deposit back after I moved out, but management got in touch to send it without me needing to ask. I never had a problem with the on-property staff either. Leasing agent is responsive and maintenance staff are friendly whenever I bump into them. Moved out to a different city for work, but I highly suggest anyone wanting to live in the area to have this apartment as their first pick.

Really beautiful property, it’s a quiet area and still somewhat close to the major shopping area and the university. The leasing agents we talked to were all amazing and really communicative. The units themselves seemed really nice, Upgraded features and nice space. Me and my partner only ever toured and applied but never moved in which is where the problems came in. The staff was amazing through the whole process but it got off to a very rocky start. At first we were told it would be First, Last and deposit totalling to around 2650, and that there was an option for a payment plan from signing till move in (approximately three months april-july)The option for a payment plan was very generous and relatively unheard of in other complex’s. After we submitted our application our rent quote changed from 1075/month to 1175/month and we had no idea why. We later asked a leasing agent and she explained it was a tatic to get people to move in sooner but we were never told that before applying or until we asked. on that note, while they were communicative it was only if you asked first. We had to call to get any update on our application and to ask any questions that were left unanswered such as the rent change. Additionally once we got to the point where our application was almost approved we were told that we would have to pay 3 months rent plus deposit totalling to 4025 and that a payment plan was no longer an option and the total 4k would be due at signing. We loved this complex and were willing to stretch our budget to make it work (we still combined made over 4x the rent) but these predatory practices were a major red flag and left us completely unable to move forward. If you have the money and can get approved i’m sure the experience of living there would be wonderful. additionally upon talking to a leasing agent we learned that the owner expects both 3x the rent and “exceptional” credit score which is over 800 and 4k a month which is generally unreasonable to expect of any student demographic. It feels unrealistic to advertise this complex as student housing if those are the basic requirements. we do appreciate the staff working with us to get us approved as is and hope no one else has near as much trouble leasing there as we did. EDIT: I posted my original review in march/april of 2025, the owner responded within days. Going back through my contributions on google i saw the owner edited his response 5 months ago, 7 months after the original review. From what i’ve gathered from other edited replies and my own is that they’re now either using AI or some other PR trained bot to reply to reviews in a much more friendly method than their original replies, which is much needed as the original charley wanted to blame everyone but himself for the lack of communication and respect given to proposed tenants. I felt i was being generous in my original review giving it 3 stars, we loved the property we loved the staff we just had one bad situation and didn’t want to ruin their reviews because at the time they had less than 15 reviews on the complex. Our credit situations were what you may assume are average for a college student, one of us had barely started with credit and had a fair score but i had a 750 at the time of applying. It still feels unfair to label yourself as even partially student housing with those credit requirements. We were told verbatim “he likes to see at least an 800 credit score and 3x the rent in income” we were told by multiple staff members that my 750 and our combined 4.5x the rent shouldn’t be a problem getting approved and he still required almost 5k down on a one bedroom apartment. that’s straight up predatory. I also see now he has designated “student” and does not advertise near as much as a student centered complex than before so good on him for realising his mistakes.
