The property manager was sooo helpful with helping us move in and getting settled ! She ensured we had everything we needed in the unit and the maintenance guy Brandon was very quick and responsive to any maintenance since I’ve been here

I have had the pleasure of working with this apartment complex in Huntsville, Alabama, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we started collaborating, the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the management team stood out. The property manager is organized and wonderful to work with. Though some of our staff haven't met Jameica personally, she is a favorite due to her flexibility, understanding and positive attitude. The property is impeccably maintained, with clean, modern units and a well-kept common area. The tenants I’ve interacted with have consistently shared positive feedback about their living experience, highlighting the quiet, welcoming atmosphere and top-notch amenities. The tenants we have interacted with are respectful, mature, and polite. Communication with the management team has been seamless. It's clear that they are committed to providing a high-quality living experience for their residents, and they make sure that their vendors can rely on them as well. Overall, this is a fantastic property to work with, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, well-managed, and well-maintained apartment complex in Huntsville.

The Elroy Apartments are really nice apartments and the student staff here always has been helpful.

Such a terrible place! Unfortunately it reminds me of a prison honestly they way it's built and right there off the highway just creepy
