Staff is rude and non caring for years! Even the new staff,.it's 🐀 Rat infested and stray pitbulls running every where!! I AM VERY VERY EXCITED AND RELIEVED THE PROPERTY IS BEING DEMOLISHED!! THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T DO IT QUICK ENOUGH!!!😡

The cuney homes new management team is doing a good job in the short time they have been here. I believe Ms. Dana has addressed quite a few concerns I and a few of my neighbors have had. I am seeing the staff more frequently up keeping the grounds and completing work orders.

Horrible horrible don’t let HOUSTON HOUSING PUT YALL OVER HERE the type of people they have working in the office is diabolical when I say rude, disrespectful, lazy, unprofessional and that’s just a little never want to work don’t know anything and call me crazy but I swear they pocketing the rent money call my bluff but know your rights please don’t let them move you over here decline it boss up and leave if you are over here it’s horrible terrible I be getting harassed put in complaints they don’t care I’m a family of 5 they got me in a 2 bed room 1 bath I put in for a transfer got approved and they still haven’t told me when I can move that was months ago I’m so drained and frustrated it’s ridiculous

I wanna thank the new property manager and her staff at curney homes apartments.Mz. Dana came in listening caring for the residents. I was having a major problem with my apartment for two years. I informed her about it and she took care of it right away without saying hold on wait a minute Mz Dana n her staff got to it.

Ms Dana is very unprofessional i came in one out the week to make a complaint when she look over me to argue with a Yung lady bout her clothing she were wearing which didn't have anything to do with me it just got out of hand at that moment people entitled to wear wat they want longs it's not to inappropriate and ms Dana then argue with the Yung lady it was just out of control I thought Dana was better than that managing a apartment complex hope everything gets better
