Posting on an alt account to remain anonymous. Do not stay here, the price is "good" for the location but you will regret the decision. My first year here the hallways smelt like garbage the entire time, mattresses were damp, wood cabinets were crumbling, and the closets had mold which spread to my clothes. My second year here was better, but not by much. The AC did not distribute evenly to all the rooms, leaving mine consistently in the 80+ range while my roommates were in the 70s. Again, there was mold in the closets which spread to my clothes. The washer broke down and leaked all over the floor. My roommates room had damage all over the walls from a dog. When I came back after being gone for summer, with the AC running mind you, my bedsheets were covered in mold (attached in photos). On top of this problems I encountered on a daily basis for my two years include: dog poop (presumably) in the hallways and stairwells, consistent vehicle break-ins and tires stolen, car windows smashed, garage gate broken the entire time of my stay, exterior handles broken 95% of my stay, rude staff (other than maintenance team, love you guys), frequent large parties in the pool area going into odd hours of the night (especially during finals week), mold growing out of common area vents, hallways/common spaces/ garage constantly filthy, elevators routinely broken (even trapping me and another inside once), stolen mail and packages, lost packages, flies, urine in the hallways/stairwell/garage, towing a registered vehicle twice, removal of the access gate blocking "courtyard" access, people riding dirt bikes and four wheelers up and down the parking garage constantly, faulty fire alarms that will go off randomly. I'm sure there's more but for now I feel as though I've covered my bases. The only reason this place is getting more than one star is for the amazing maintenance team. The guys who do maintenance are incredible. They're super friendly, get the job done, and I felt comfortable in my apartment alone with them.

I had a great experience touring the apartment with Toni! She was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and really tried her best to make sure I had all the information I needed. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole tour feel welcoming. I really appreciate her time and would definitely recommend touring with her!

I lived at this apartment complex for 2 years, and there was always a problem. These are some of the problems I've had to deal with. The stairways constantly smelled like urine and were never cleaned properly. The door handles leading from the outside into the building were broken for months at a time, meaning anyone could just walk right in. The garage gate was broken almost every week or just didn’t work at all. On top of that, the elevator was broken nearly every week, leaving residents stuck taking the stairs even when carrying groceries or furniture. The pool was almost always dirty, and the parking garage was disgusting trash everywhere and just overall poor maintenance. There were multiple incidents of cars being broken into and even people’s tires being stolen, and management did absolutely nothing about it. I really tried to overlook these problems and make the best of it, but after a while, it was just too much to deal with. When it came to dealing with the office, if you had a simple issue, they'll help you. But as soon as your problem was even slightly complicated, they’d get an attitude and refuse to be helpful. After I moved out in July, I got a bill for damages. The email said I could appeal it, but they listed the wrong email to send the appeal too. For the past 3 months, I’ve been trying to contact them both in person and through email and all they’ve done is give me the runaround, sending me to different email addresses and avoiding responsibility. When I went to the office the last time to speak with someone in person, I was met with an attitude. I asked for the corporate number, and the woman at the desk said she didn’t know it and that I’d “have to look it up,” and she said it with an attitude, too. After reading other reviews, I can confirm that what people are saying is true. I’ve experienced most of it myself. Save yourself the stress and do not stay here.

The new management team at Campus Vue has upped their game. They have put in the effort to foster a better living experience for us. Our safety and comfortability is prioritized It’s been great and seamless since their start here.

Keyara and Toni gave us a tour and we’re so welcoming and very knowledgeable about the apartment and able to answer all our questions clearly. The apartment is great for the price and the staged room was very nice. Would definitely come tour here especially with its closeness and location to local universities!
