Do not listen to reviews from people who didn’t live here and only toured. This is a terrible place to live. I lived here for 2 years while going to school at tsu. It’s dirty because other residents don’t take care of it. The maintenance takes forever to fix something. They’re super overpriced for no reason. The leasing office has gotten better since i’ve been here but overall 1/10 would not recommend. Cars get broken into often, tires get stolen, parties are loud especially in the summer. It was good for the time being bc it’s close to the school but very ghetto place to live. Updated Edit:Overtime, things have gotten better here. The leasing office has been more helpful forsure and the maintenance SOMETIMES works fast especially approaching move out date. My review was a general overview of the 2 years i’ve been here not just the last 2 months of good service.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I took a tour earlier today with a lovely woman named Kaniece. She showed me around the mail area, study rooms, fitness rooms, and social club room which were all well-spaced out and calm. The complex is very beautiful and she answered all of my questions during the tour! The unit she showed me was a 2-bedroom and It was very clean and neat. The complimentary coffee and snacks were a nice touch! She let me look around the unit and look through the balcony, bedroom, and kitchen cabinets and drawers. The unit was amazing and clean. Very wonderful experience.

I had a great experience touring the apartment community with Asia. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire tour feel welcoming and stress-free

I had an extremely disappointing experience living at Altitude Apartments. One of the biggest safety concerns was that the glass entry door was broken, leaving the building unlocked so anyone could come in and out. On one occasion, we found a homeless man sleeping directly outside our apartment door. When we called the emergency lockout number for assistance, we were told that no one was on duty at the time, which was very concerning. We also had a serious rodent problem. We discovered rat traps and rat pellets around our apartment that we did not place there, which made it clear this was an existing issue before we moved in. On top of that, the front office staff showed very little sense of urgency or sympathy whenever we brought concerns to their attention. They were difficult to reach because they rarely answered the phone, and when we did speak with them, our concerns were not handled professionally or promptly. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Between the lack of security, the pest issues, and the poor management, living here was far from pleasant. I would not recommend Altitude Apartments to anyone looking for a safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed place to live.

This tour was extremely helpful! Asia was super kind and answered all of our questions; she made this super enjoyable!!! Definitely considering this option for the fall!
