Hale Mahana, honolulu-hi

My roommate and I love the rooftop terrace, its one of our favorite amenities. The views at night are too nice. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and at home. We enjoy living here and will definitely be renewing!

Hale Mahana is actually a student apartment building near UH Mānoa on South King Street in Honolulu. It’s popular with college students because it’s fully furnished, close to campus, and has places like Raising Cane’s and Jersey Mike’s downstairs. The location is super convenient if you go to UH or like being close to town, bus lines, and food spots. Some people like the modern setup and rooftop views, while others mention typical student housing issues like noise and parking.

I love this place. Ever since new management came in, Hale Mahana has really transformed for the better! The staff here are very helpful and professional. Like you have no idea, the building and the atmosphere is so much nicer and there’s more effort put into it. It may be on the pricier side, but I honestly think it’s worth it. You won’t find another student housing that’s comparable.

I've been living here for a few weeks now and I've been very impressed. Public spaces are super clean, the rooftop study rooms are perfect for work (and with a gorgeous view!), it's only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Location is perfect! Staff is super friendly! I love it here. The gym is also fantastic with a beautiful view of the pali. Safe, comfortable, super easy to live here. My roommate is great. I knew him before moving here which made it much easier to live with somebody.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Hale Mahana’s leasing and marketing manager, Haley! She has been extremely helpful towards my roommate and I throughout the entire process. The customer service this company provides is phenomenal, and it’s clear they care about the residents. I would highly recommend Hale Mahana if you’re looking for apartments in the area!
