I lived here for one semester and can say that we had a good time in this apartment. However, I must mention that we experienced a cockroach problem towards the end, and the apartment feels quite small for five people (which I would consider the maximum capacity). The rent we paid seems steep, especially considering that the apartment isn't very modern. The $600 cleaning fee was unreasonable, as it wasn't cleaned by a professional service, but rather by an elderly woman, which is quite amusing. I've heard that Ray has since increased it to $800, good for him. Overall, its location in Waikiki is nice, and the bus stop is conveniently close. The apartment also received an upgrade with air conditioning during our stay.

Safe place and the landlord is kind and honest. He was there to help whenever we needed him. Short walk to the beach can't be beat!

all its comments on Google are fake just go to review sites to see how bad its hosting is! Rey the manager was nice before paying but soon turned into a rude person and very bold in his words. I felt rushed and had to pay as soon as possible, he even sent me messages saying "if you stop asking stupid questions you still have a chance to get a room" and many other messages with an incomprehensible audacity. The rooms are miserable for the price, do not even have sheets, towels, windows or airco. Rey is very poorly organized and the accommodation is very poorly maintained. Don’t waist your many, you’ll regret it! 🤢🤮

Quiet side of Waikiki, conveniently located one minute walk to bus stop. Property well maintained....house both students and working professionals too. You can search more info under Honolulu student housing .....
