The Fox Townhomes, harrisonburg-va

Nothing but great experience at The Fox Townhomes, you will not be disappointed!! The staff and maintenance team are amazing and very helpful and care a lot about their people. The places are nice and cozy and I’ve had no issues!

After spending a significant amount of time with The Fox, I can't overstate how great this property and staff are. Not only are the units beautiful, the community established within the property is unlike anything else on any other property in Harrisonburg. The staff is extremely personable, and very easy to work with. They genuinely care about their residents, and that's something that is extremely rare in Harrisonburg. I'd highly recommend The Fox to anyone, especially students living off-campus. The experience you'll have at The Fox is unlike any other off-campus housing experience.

I love Fox Hill Townhomes!!! It was literally my hail Mary save as a desperate transfer student who was told I couldn't get on-campus housing. I was looking in the $500-600 range and every other place I toured was dingy, dirty, and cramped. But not Fox Hill!!! Their townhomes literally have two floors with big open community spaces to put a couch and a tv, a high ceiling on the second floor, and tons of natural light and it's only $620 a month (which, I've heard is a better rate than the Harrison offers and the Harrison was literally built exactly like those other places I toured). I genuinely love it at Fox Hill and recommend it to all my friends who are considering living off campus. On top of the excellent house layout, everyone has seperate leases, all utilities are covered in the rent (aside from the electric, they cover that up to a point but seriously dw about that, my roommates leave the lights on all the time and we've never gone over the cap), and they have a roommate matching system so you don't have to worry about being placed with someone completely random that you had no say in. I love Fox Hill!!! JMU student approved 💜💛

I’m not really sure what the managers name is however she is probably one of the most rude people i’ve ever met. As someone who is not even a resident, you would think that this place would have common courteously, respect, and would be kind. Well, that’s the total opposite. This place is ran so backwards and is no where near what you should be paying in rent. I strongly advise staying away from this place, “future resident” or just a visitor, STAY AWAY.

I’ve lived here the past two years, and have loved it!! The management team has always been so welcoming and responsive. They’re always willing to help tenants in any way they can, and it’s clear they prioritize safety and well-being above all else. The townhouses are very spacious and the perfect first college housing in my opinion!!
