If I could give this 0 stars I would. Mice and mold!! The maintenance team was great—friendly, responsive, and clearly doing their best. Unfortunately, the property management was the complete opposite. We first reported finding mouse droppings and poison bait blocks in our kitchen. Their response was simply to place more bait blocks and then glue traps, but they refused to send pest control until we provided a photo of a mouse in our living room. Even after we did, we called at least five more times asking for pest control and were repeatedly told they were "waiting to hear back." Pest control never came. To make matters worse, the apartment was filthy at move-in: hair in the carpets and drawers, dirty showers, unvacuumed floors, food left in the cabinets, and dust and crumbs under the couches. Our friends who rented in a different building also reported hazardous levels of mold and no resolution after reporting. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else.

Decent student quality apartments, but they will try to get you on credit building (reporting) charges which you have to opt out of, and especially on your exit with damage fees. If you try to call the office to ask about any of these, they will claim that they cannot help as it is a corporate policy that they can't influence. I recommend looking at the YELP reviews.

Not bad space wise but my unit in building 1826 has a banging noise every morning in the wall that hasn’t been able to be fixed so sleeping isn’t the best here. I can hear my upstairs neighbor everyday and what he does .

My daughter has had an amazing experience living at Arcadia! Don’t let the bad reviews sway your decision… 95% of the time, those are from people who didn’t get their way and are just choosing to complain. The Arcadia staff does an amazing job of communicating well before the scheduled move-in date, about how important it is to fill out the move-in condition form and be as detailed as possible. This helps avoid any move-out charges, which makes perfect sense! There’s absolutely no reason to have bogus charges unless you aren’t taking care of your apartment or simply not following the clearly laid out rules from the staff. My daughter is now going into her second year at Arcadia, and we've seen maintenance requests handled promptly, fun resident events planned regularly, and just a great overall atmosphere. The location is also a huge plus! It’s close to local grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of fun things to do off-campus. We’re very thankful for such a positive and smooth off-campus housing experience. Highly recommend Arcadia!

The staff is kind and so helpful. Whenever I come into the clubhouse to use the tanning bed it’s always a nice, smooth experience. The area is always clean and ready for use. Can’t wait for my tan tomorrow!
