Sure you can go live in some slum lords moldy old outdated house for cheaper but honestly you are not going to find a better price in the valley for a managed property. It's clean, people mind their own business, there are laundry facilities on site, garages and storage options, plenty of parking, pet friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. It has its quirks like any other place for sure but considering what is out there this is close to the top of the list of choices to live in the valley. Be sure to account for $100 or less in community bills. I see people complain about this but this is the norm for managed communities I don't know why people are shocked. No ac but you are allowed to have window units. The neighborhood is what really sells it. Lots of parks nearby, you can walk to the grocery store, there is a family dollar right next door and there are food truck options and restaurants. I really enjoyed living there for 2 years and if I ever moved back this would be the place

I visited the property today and had a wonderful visit. Had a very warm welcome from the Property Manager, she showed me the property and a one bedroom apartment which I plan on renting in the near future. I highly recommend Cardinal to anyone looking for a reliable and tenant-focused property management company. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive living experience.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. A new management team has taken over, who will not help you in anyway, and will do their best to overcharge you for everything they can. They are shady, greedy, and worthless. Hopefully nothing ever needs maintenance for your new, overpriced apartment, their team will not fix a single thing, including a light bulb. I have many friends staying there, and I am doing my best to get them out of there as soon as possible. The stories of this new manager Bridget, are mostly true from what I have heard and read about, she will run and hide from you before answering the phone or opening her door to help. Maintenance will laugh in your face when you need help. Please help us support this place by never moving here, I will help you in anyway this place will not ✌️

THEY HAD A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT DONT RENT HERE, the company that owns these apartments were part of a class action lawsuit so please dont rent here Had a bad experience living there, moving out and trying to get a security deposite refund, living there was difficult to try and get a hold of management, moving out they had a bot text me telling me that i owe 500 dollars in electricity, when my lease ended in February and they cheged me till may, and its been 6 months since i moved out and i still haven't gotten my security deposit back, i can never get a hold of management over the phone, and when i reach out over email its a simple "Please find the attached reissued check for your reference. Thank you" instead of telling me "hey its on the way" or let me look into it for you" its now August and im still owed my $2k refund the check has been "reissued" but never received

I must say if you're looking a place affordable and friendly, this is the place to be... Bridget is and awesome!!! person she is so welcoming and walk you through the process easily... Thanks Bridget for making my transitioning so easy.
