The Quarterdeck Student Living, greenville-nc

I’ve had a great experience living at Quarterdeck Student Living! The location is super convenient, especially for getting to campus and nearby stores. The apartments are modern, clean, and fully furnished, which made move-in really easy. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help if you have a question or maintenance request. I also appreciate the sense of community here. It really feels like a place designed for students, with plenty of opportunities to meet people and feel comfortable. Overall, Quarterdeck is a great place to live if you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and a solid student living experience. I would definitely recommend it!

I love the quarterdeck! The staff is always super friendly and professional. Maitenance is quick snd effective. The amenities are fantastic. I have lived here two years and I highly recommend. it is very quiet despite being right next to campus. It is in walking distance of campus, downtown, and to sporting events! Its also great to keep me active as its right on the greenway and pickleball courts are at our back door!

I love living at the Quarterdeck! It is my senior year, and wish I would have moved here sooner. It is close to campus, but still a little bit away so I feel like I am not in the middle of the craziness. The pool is great, the staff are helpful, the monthly events are so fun, the apartments are cute, and everything has been awesome. Would 10/10 live here again if I could!

I have been staying here for a year now and it has been fantastic! The staff has always been great and the maintenance team is top tier. Definitely the best student living option at ECU.

I’ve lived here for two years and it’s one of the best decisions I made. I found it when needing a place last minute and am so luckily I did. The staff is attentive and so friendly. There are constant activities and events held. The apartments are updated and so homey. That really mattered to me. If there is ever an issue, it is usually fixed in a few hours if not, by the end of the day. I am a female and out of state and have always felt safe. I highly recommended!!
