The Eastern On 10th, greenville-nc

I’ve lived at the Eastern for over two and a half years and have loved it! Obviously, no apartment, especially student living, will be perfect which isn’t always the complexes fault, BUT I would say my overall experience was good! Very convenient for students in many ways and from what I’ve seen and heard I would also say one of the nicer ones in the area that’s still not TOO expensive. Also, the office and maintenance staff (including management) have always been very personable and friendly with me, as well as helpful with any concerns, questions, or issues! I will truly miss all the staff :( Despite any issues I’ve had or possible downfalls of the complex, I am glad i chose the eastern as my home while in school

Great distance to ECU bus stop included. Spacious 3 bedroom apartments. Very good amenities and awesome, very helpful staff. Maintenance team is very responsive and quick with requests, even though there are minor inconveniences like people having too many people over for a pool party from time to time. Overall, it’s a safe environment with plenty of parking spaces and a great spot for students. Also, very easy to apply

I have lived here for the past three years and I’m so glad I chose this apartment! They keep the outside areas clean and well maintained, the staff is really nice, and their maintenance team responds quickly. Any problem we had including our dishwasher and washing machine was fixed within the next couple of days. I would highly recommend living here!

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the lobby is consistently clean and well-lit. I also love the little coffee station! The study rooms are such a great feature, and I’ve used them a ton. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24 hours, which is really appreciated. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place to live with a genuinely positive and friendly environment!

I lived at the eastern on 10th my senior year of college and have had the best experience! This apartment complex itself is very clean and and always maintained! The staff is very kind and super accommodating anytime we had a maintenance issue they were there the next day to make sure the issue was resolved! I have lived at many different apartment complexes in Gvile and this one is definitely my favorite I would highly recommend!!!!
