The Boundary At West End, greenville-nc

I have absolutely loved living here for the past two years. The staff is amazing, the maintenance staff is so helpful with anything me or my roommates need, and it’s so close to everything. I literally walk to class and downtown still. 5 stars from me Boundary, love you guys!

The Boundary has truly done their best, and I do believe this is a great apartment community, especially for college students. The location, student-focused environment, and overall setup make sense for people who are actively in that college season of life. For me personally, I am an alumni now, and I am realizing that maybe it is time for me to graduate from student living. That is not necessarily a reflection of the apartment itself. It is more about where I am mentally, emotionally, and personally at this stage of my life. I live on the autism spectrum and also struggle with anxiety, depression, and internal pressure that can make certain environments feel overwhelming for me. Because of that, I have not always felt fully at peace here not because The Boundary is a bad place, but because I am learning that my health and personal needs may require a different type of living environment. My honest advice to future residents is to think carefully about your own mental health, lifestyle, and support needs before choosing where to live. If you are a college student looking for student-style housing, The Boundary may be a great fit. If you are someone who needs a quieter, more independent, or less student-centered environment, it may be worth reflecting on whether this kind of community matches your current season of life. I appreciate the efforts The Boundary has made, and I truly do not want to place my personal struggles on the apartment or anyone working there. Sometimes a place can be good, but still not be the best fit for where you are in life. For that reason, I still give The Boundary 5 stars and wish the community well.

I’ve had a great experience at Boundary at West End. The office staff truly make this place stand out—they’re always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The girls in the office go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of, and it never feels like you’re just another number. Maintenance deserves a lot of credit too. Even with how busy they are, they stay on top of requests and handle things as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can tell they really care about keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s a well-managed community with a team that works hard every day to create a positive living environment. Definitely recommend!

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Boundary at West End. The location is super convenient, especially near campus, and the amenities like the gym and pool are great. It’s a comfortable and well-maintained community, and the team that works there is amazing, they always help whenever I need anything. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.

Great place and workers are awesome! Any issues were swiftly taken care of and the staff provided numerous days with free food and snacks! Highly recommend for students of ECU it’s super close to campus!
