Pirates Cove Student Living, greenville-nc

I very much enjoy living here! We were over at the Voyager for a bit of time, and we were not happy there. This was such a nice change. The staff are very friendly and have worked tirelessly to help us with ongoing issues that we are dealing with. They are always so kind to us when we go up to the office and Emily always tries to resolve any issues we may be having as soon as possible. The maintenance is good as well. Whenever we are having any issues they are usually in within a few days (sometimes a week). Kayla and Ty came in to replace my air filter and took a look at my dish disposal as well. They are efficient at getting things done and clearly identified the problem I was having. They are also very friendly and make sure that you are taken care of! The only problem that we have had here is consistently high humidity in our apartment. Other than that, we have had no problems here.

Pirates cove is very welcoming the second you step on the property. From walking in the main office and being greeted by the employees to touring the property and seeing how well kept it is, it is for sure a place I recommend to friends! On top of your own living area they have 2 sets of pickleball courts, 2 pools, a 24 hour gym, basketball court, and soccer court as bonuses! Definitely a great place to be and I’m glad I will be!

I stopped by today for the open house and it was an amazing experience. I encountered Riley at the front desk and he was so sweet, accommodating and knowledgeable about Pirates Cove living accommodations. Really lucky to have stopped by today! Definitely considering signing at Pirates Cove for next year!

Pirates cove is a great place to live overall. But the Maintenance team doesn’t waste ANY time. I called in for a leaky roof and they were knocking on my door within two minutes. I now request Kayla for my apartment whenever something goes wrong because she makes it easy to understand and keeps in contact.

greeted with a smile as soon as i walked into the office, it smelled nice and i actually enjoyed my tour cause they weren’t just walking in silence with me they actually upheld convo. i met a maintenance tech on the tour and they were super kind ! definitely will be signing here and their marketing is top tier i came on a day of an event and i can’t wait to be a part of them soon !
