Rent is cheap, units are nice and big, and it's located within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores, plus easy access to bus lines. Internet is the fastest I've ever had, so that's a major bonus point. Only reason I gave it four stars is their maintenance response time is very slow . Other than that, cool place to live.

They allowed my 17 yr old to sign a rental agreement and when I visited this place and read reviews, there was no way in hell she was moving in here and the property manager got extremely shitty with me when I showed up to discuss… Mind you that was because I left 15 messages and got no reply. This was months ago and she is still getting emails with bills and collection notices. Lawyer up! This momma is DONE!!!

I wouldn't even skim over this place. They most likely use the $1000 gift card to reel you in. Just gauging on the writing of their used apartment (" their AS IS ") policy, I would expect "OTHER" complications. Just call and check. I had moved into a used apartment. Their " AS IS" policy basically states that you will pay for the damages ALREADY in the place, as in "YOU DIDNT CAUSE THEM," not you moving in and looking over any blemishes and taking the apartment "AS IS" with no fuss. You know, like buying a used car, but at full sticker price. Only this used one ALSO happened to be way past acceptable used standards.

This is a place where everything that can go wrong will go wrong. I’ve been living here for 3 years due to it being cheap, and I can’t wait to move out. We have mold everywhere, and places where it’s been removed (walls, ceilings) have not been replaced, so there are parts of our apartment where there are missing walls and ceilings. The AC stopped working weeks ago, and it has not been fixed. Most of all, the office staff and the maintenance crew take forever to respond to issues. When my AC broke, an office member said it would take weeks due to everyone experiencing the same problem. Any time there is an issue, it takes months for it be taken care of. It is borderline uninhabitable.

copper beach is absolutely horrible. They won’t cancel my friends lease there was mold on the walls in the vents house was very messy roommates also told my friend the a/c doesn’t work all the time washer and dryer goes out and it’s very hard to get in contact with maintenance or a manager a ai answers the phone and just give the run around and then says nobody is able to answer the call and says someone will reach out but never does she sent a email over a month ago still no response and whenever she goes up there to ask about termination of her lease they just brush her off and tells her corporate will handle the situation but corporate still hasn’t responded or called back even after giving her a case number this will be the second month which is ridiculous why is it taking 2 months to resolve this simple issue which is releasing her from her 6 month lease not even a year at this point I feel like they are trying to make my friend credit bad they still are charging her even though she hasn’t stayed one night at the apartment I wish management would do a better job !!!!
