Trystan and the other management were so responsive and helpful in answering questions and getting approval and lease signed. The complex looks very clean and well maintained, and is VERY conveniently located close to all kinds of restaurants and infrastructure!

I have had a good experience living here so far, Mike is the BEST maintenance guy and is always on top of it. Every maintenance request we have put in he has been there either the same day or the day after. He always has a great attitude and I always see him out there working hard! Since he is no longer working here though, we’ve had a request to fix our toilet that has been broken for days. My roommate is having to use my bathroom and nobody has came to fix it which is pretty disappointing considering that’s something that you use daily. Overall management has been great but maintenance, not so much now that mike is gone.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The staff in the office are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that comes up, which really makes living here stress-free. A special shoutout to Trystan in the front office—he’s been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and goes the extra mile, which makes a big difference. Overall, this is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

Living at Carolina Creek has been a great experience. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and always make you feel welcome. The community is well-kept, peaceful, and truly feels like home. It’s a wonderful place to live in Greenville as a student!

Chris and Mike did a wonderful job at repairing our centeral ac unit. Both guys were very respectful, informative, and very nice during the whole process. Go Mike and Chris 😌
