I have now been a resident at Westvue for about two months, and I can honestly say I’ve really been enjoying my experience so far‼️ From the moment I moved in, the environment has felt welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained. One thing that has stood out to me the most is how helpful and professional the staff are. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been kind, responsive, and willing to help however they can. Another thing I really appreciate is how efficient the maintenance team is. I recently put in a work order for my toilet, and it was fixed within 12 hours, which honestly exceeded my expectations. It’s reassuring knowing that issues are taken seriously and handled quickly instead of being ignored or delayed. I would also like to input that my application process was very smooth, and the leasing office made sure that all of my accommodations were accounted for. Overall, living at Westvue has been a very positive experience for me so far. The customer service, quick maintenance responses, and overall atmosphere have made me feel comfortable and happy with my decision to live here. I’m looking forward to continuing my time here and would definitely recommend Westvue to anyone looking for a place that’s responsive, reliable, and resident-friendly!

do not move here. I've been living here going on five months myself and I hate that I renewed my contract for a whole 1 year. They claimed they don't have no AC certified technician 24 hour maintenance says suppose to have an emergency technician and you don't have air conditioner certified technician person it looked like this complex have shade tree workers that live here that try to get money took off on rent that think they know what they doing but no is what the lady told me when I gave them a call... but it's OK. I'll show them better than I can tell them. I'm gonna call news 2& fox 48 because it's been hot as hell in this house. And you don't have no AC technician I'm bout to have this place shut down. Because halfway just complex have AC units and windows that still is not cooling these apartments down and I haven't spoke to multiple people that live here about about no AC. Some people did not even have heat in the winter, but I was sold them better than I would tell them. I'm about to call all these news. Show people tell them about this complex complex. Something got to be done. im Tell u the real deal.... then u got people was payin here that can not enjoy yourself because they have to live in hot heat because they are too cheap to hire a real certified technician to fix the AC at all the apartment by the way, if you wanna see more real reviews, look up their original name it's called Sterling and then they changed it to block 43, now so-called Westvue

The residents are so filthy, and the administration will do anything to get you as a resident; once you arrived , they got you it’s done. For the past five days since I moved in, I've been waiting for the pest control people who never showed up. I even went to the office. I saw insects in my unit on my very first day. If you're planning to move here, the administration doesn't care. I’m disappointed . Can’t wait for the lease to be over

Ive had a good experience living here. The property is always clean and well-maintained and the maintenance team responds quickly whenever something needs attention. The office staff is friendly professional and cares about the residents. The community is quiet safe.

WestVue is an affordable places to stay. The apartment has several different layouts for residents to choose from. The apartment offer flexible leasing options for its residents. The residents population is made up of most college students attending nearby universities. The apartments have a modern layout with an open concept kitchen. A washer and dryer is included within the units to share among the residents. Maintenance does a great job with responding to residents issues in a timing fashion. My overall experience living at WestVue was great. I will highly recommend rooming with people you know.
