I had an absolutely horrible experience living here. After living in my original unit for only two weeks, I was suddenly forced to move and given just two days to pack and move everything. Management promised that a moving team would help me, but they never showed up. I was then told that the maintenance team would help instead. They arrived at the last minute, carried only two items out of everything I owned, and left me to move the rest by myself. The entire situation was extremely stressful, disorganized, and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was promised a specific discount for all the inconvenience, but I received only about one-third of what I was told I would get. The office staff have offered little to no help, except for KD, who is the only person who has actually tried to assist me. The doors in my new unit are also broken. I submitted a work order more than two weeks ago, but nothing has been fixed. All I keep hearing is that they will “get to it.” Giving someone only two days to move, failing to provide the promised help, not honoring the full discount, and ignoring serious maintenance issues is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking somewhere else in the surrounding area. Almost anywhere would be a better option than living here.

I have been a resident here for a full year now, and I can honestly say it is one of the absolute best apartment communities I have ever lived in. The experience has been so wonderful that I recently renewed my lease for another year without hesitation! What truly sets this place apart is the management and staff especially the front desk staff KD and lyric. They are incredibly kind, genuinely nice, and always so understanding whenever any questions or situations arise. If you are looking for a place where you actually feel valued as a resident, I cannot recommend this complex enough!

Please don't move here. It is incredibly unsafe, and they consistently issue charges unprompted. Please don't be fooled by the three stars. The stars are due to the nice front desk workers, but the management is toxic and money-hungry. Also, they employ a predatory towing company. If you can, I recommend that people submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Lastly, they refuse to fix maintenance issues, and then they turn around and charge residents for the damages caused by prolonged neglect. This apartment complex is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Please report them and get them to replace management as soon as possible if you have had an awful experience.

If you’re looking for an apartment here, definitely ask for Kevin. He gave the best customer service I have ever experienced from a leasing agent. From the second I walked in, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The tour was fantastic, and he knew answers to every single question I had. His response times to my emails were incredibly fast, almost like he was waiting around just to answer my questions. He listened to exactly what I wanted and found the absolute perfect unit for me.

I’m not even gonna lie, this apartment really surprised me in a really good way. Kevin & Lyric in the front office are easily the best leasing agents I’ve dealt with. Super cool, professional, and actually helpful they really made the whole application process way easier than I expected and they stayed patient the whole time. You can tell they actually care.the property itself is nice too. I know people got their opinions, but from my experience, the front office staff is wonderful!
