I had a great tour experience with Joy! She was extremely friendly, informative, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour. The property itself is beautiful, and Joy did an excellent job highlighting all of the amenities and features. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the experience even better. If you’re considering this property, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Joy shes great!

Overall, I had a good experience living at The Province. The apartment itself was nice, but there were a few issues. Bugs like beetles and worms would occasionally make their way inside from outside, which was frustrating. There would also sometimes be random debris and trash that ended up near the front door, and the dumpsters were almost always overflowing on the weekends, making it inconvenient to throw away garbage. Despite those issues, I enjoyed my time there. The community and apartments were good overall, and I had a positive experience. If the pest control and trash management were improved, it would easily be a 5-star place to live.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!! honestly would give 0 stars if i could. i’m only subleasing for the summer but idk how anyone could stay here!! BUGS EVERYWHERE, brown water, apartments look old and run down on the inside, and the toilets turn on & off whenever they feel like it. maintenance is nice & timely (so far) but the people in the office can be very rude at times depending on who you’re talking to.

I had a very disappointing experience living here. A major issue was when my ceiling caved in. I was told the repair would take about two days, but it ended up taking around a week. During that time, my AC was left unplugged in the middle of summer, making the apartment The management also handled my rent and legal situation very poorly. While I was out of the country, I was sued without my knowledge. I didn't find out until I returned and noticed that my rent payment hadn't gone through. When I went to the office to make the payment, I was told that my court date was the very next day. Then, the following morning, I found a lawsuit notice taped to my door with my name misspelled. Also the are pest problems, including ants, roly-polies, and roaches.

Close to campus and downtown, makes commute super quick and easy. Can get rather loud from neighbors and train. Maintenance can be slow to come, but usually does within a week or so.
