My family and I stopped by The Letterman with my cousin to help her with her apartment search. The leasing agent who helped us, Kristen, was so kind and provided such a great experience that I wanted to recognize her. It’s not everyday that you meet people who love what they do and want to connect with and help others. Kristen was friendly and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. An added touch was that she gave us recommendations for places to eat and things to do around Greensboro, which was especially nice since we aren’t from NC. I could tell that she genuinely wanted to help, not just make a sale, and we really appreciated that.

I called to get some information, and Tabitha was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the conversation. She provided excellent customer service and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone considering living here.
