I loved living here! I stayed here from my sophomore year to my senior year and I can honestly say this place made me feel at home. Brittany in the office made my life here feel like it was a home away from home. For those who are in looking for a place to stay during both their undergraduate and graduate year this is a great place! You'll love being in the area and you'll love the leasing office staff and especially Antonio, the most hard working maintenance man I've ever known!

I'm honestly surprised this apartment has only a 3.2 rating. I had a wonderful experience for my year stay at the Edge. The maintenance guy is always tentative and quick. The ladies in the leasing office (Brittany and Gabby I believe) always had positive attitudes and were helpful. It's a quiet area, I never saw any bugs except a spider or two within the whole year. It was a very comfortable space to live in. Only downfall is that the train is loud and can shake the apt. Didn't really bother me, but if you are a super light sleeper it may disturb you.

Lived here last school year after a terrible experience with spartan crossing. Not bad for what you’re paying for. Neighbors are quiet. The train does shake the apartment but eventually I got used to it. Small bathroom but overall not bad for my last year of undergrad. Also Britney is very polite and professional. Maintenance guy is hardworking and handles requests in a timely manner.

I lived in the Edge for two years during graduate school and it was a very positive experience all the way around. 1.) The units are pretty much the most affordable in the area and the location is on a quiet street, but is VERY accessible to stores, restaurants and bars in the area; 2.) The maintenance staff are very responsive; and, 3.) Brittany Burney, the Property Manager is awesome and always ready to help! She is always pleasant to be around and has excellent customer service! I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who is new to the area and needs a reliable, comfortable place to live.

My son, who was a graduate student, lived at The Edge for the past 7 months. This was a wonderful place for him. From the beginning, Brittany, the other office staff, and the regional staff were all wonderful. They met us on move-in day back in January, and was so helpful and accommodating. They wanted to make sure that not only his move-in was a smooth transition, but also his time there. They reached back out to us afterwards to make sure everything was fine. As a parent, that make me feel really good about not only the apartment, but management as well. He was matched with a great roommate and he had no problems during this time there. We did not renew his lease because he was going to graduate and move back home. We found out afterwards that he was accepted into the PhD program at his university, but unfortunately his room had already been lease to another student. Otherwise, he would still be living there. This is a very good & safe environment for students and was a great "home away from home" for my son. I highly recommend The Edge.
