Lived in phase 2 for about 3 years. Had access to pool, clubhouse, and amazon delivery lockers. Now all the sudden they decide phase 2 doesn't get those amenities anymore, and you're considering trespassing if you even walk over there. When I saw the no trespassing sign, I just assumed I still had access to the property as I had the past 2 years living here but no. No more pool. No more clubhouse. I can't even walk my dog where he has gone to the bathroom everyday for years now. I've never lived in an apartment complex where you can't walk your dog on one side of the apartments or the other. What do I do if I'm walking along that way and my dog poops on the grass? Do I trespass to get a bag and pick it up and throw it away, or do I leave it and cause more problems? Do you expect me to force my dog not to poop if I happen to walk that way? You're making things extremely difficult, not to mention the incident that occurred a few weeks ago that I won't mention because I'm not gonna slander anyone or point fingers, but I'm not dumb. If you live in a apartment complex, especially one that accepts dogs, you should have access to walk around that complex, not just a part of it. I don't understand your beef with us phase 2 folks. I pick up after my dog every time. At least do the bare minimum and have phase 2 send out an email explaining clearly what is and isn't allowed anymore instead of leaving us guessing whether or not we are trespassing in our own apartment complex?

University Flats is a great place to live! The apartments are clean, the location is near campus, and the staff is awesome. Always helpful and friendly. Feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Have been at University Flats three years. The new management group has been doing a great job at fixing and updating many things. They also protect your rights as a renter. This is an excellent place to be close to UNC and lots of restaurants and shopping.

Since the new management took over things have really gotten better. Claudia is doing a great job she’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and actually gets things done. You can tell she cares about making the place better for everyone. Maintenance has been on point too. Any time something comes up, they handle it fast. The property itself is looking way nicer and more taken care of. The pool area especially looks great! It’s clean and way more inviting now.

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment. It’s pretty quiet, which makes it easy to relax and focus on my studies. The people here are friendly and respectful, and the staff are always kind and helpful whenever you need something. The apartment itself is nice and well-maintained, and common areas are kept clean. Overall, it feels like a safe and welcoming community, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
