Hopson Flats presents a unique opportunity to reside in the heart of downtown at an affordable price. The flat-rate utilities provide me with peace of mind when it comes to budgeting my monthly expenses. I relish the amenities, including complimentary coffee every morning, an impressive club room equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, on-site fitness center, and secure bike storage. The units offer 2, 3, and 4-bedroom options, allowing residents to share a living space with others. The high ceilings and exposed brick add to the aesthetic appeal of the units. The staff is exceptional and highly attentive, promptly addressing any concerns I may have.

Honestly I’ve been living here for a few years now and it’s one of the best apartments I’ve had / been in downtown! I really enjoy being directly downtown and not really having to worry about distance when there’s a few places nearby that don’t require a car or transit! Admittedly the property management that previously owned the property were kinda negligent so it feels like a breath of fresh air to ACTUALLY have things taken care of for once!

I recently toured this property and had a great experience. The property manager was very friendly and welcoming, making the tour enjoyable and informative. The apartment has a unique industrial feel that really stands out, and the amenities were impressive and well-maintained. Overall, it left a great impression, and I would definitely recommend checking it out.

The entire process of moving into Hopson Flats was very smooth. And the apartment is beautiful. Love the High Ceilings. And I have a great view of downtown. Location is incredible.
