I recently toured The Verge Apartments and had a great experience. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, informative, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood everything about the property, from amenities to leasing options. What stood out most was how helpful and patient she was—she never made me feel rushed and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and represents the property very well. First impressions matter, and thanks to her, mine was a very positive one. I’d definitely recommend stopping in for a tour.

I had a great experience touring the apartments thanks to the woman at the front desk. (Cannot remember her name i apologize) She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. Her friendly attitude made the whole tour feel comfortable and informative, and she really went above and beyond to make sure I had all the details I needed. She’s a great first impression for the property, and it definitely made my visit stand out in a positive way.

Came in looking to hear more about an apartment for the summer and fall. The space seems pretty good and the amenities are nice. The furnished apartment is super convenient too. Definitely make sure to get a tour from the blonde girl with the glasses she was super nice and helpful

I recently toured these apartments and had such a positive experience, mainly because of the woman at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful! The experience alone made a great impression. So, if you’re thinking about touring definitely do that!

THIS IS A VERY LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READ! PT.1 First and foremost, I moved in on 8/16/24 and that's when everything started going downhill. The way the verge does it is touring a specified unit that is for tours only and not rented out so you have no idea which apartment is actually yours until the day of move in. I was the first roommate of three to enter the apartment; as I walked in I noticed a giant hole in the pantry door like someone kicked it in. I then noticed that there is a smaller yet still very visible hole in the kitchen cabinet below the sink. I also noticed a very large burn mark above the stove on the ceiling. There were also so many paint splatters and marks from them repainting the walls on the floor in the kitchen. Two of the couches legs were bent/broken so when you got on the couch, it would wobble like it would completely break, but didn't. The armchair right next to it has a giant metal bar sticking out of it with the leather material still around it. The bar did not affect sitting in it, but was still very noticeable on the backside of the chair. I then went into my private bedroom, and noticed that my bathroom door handle was completely broken, and the door was not able to shut at all. I also looked at the mirror above the bathroom sink and it had nail holes all over the edges by being hung up with nails and they didn't bother to fill them in and repaint it. Mind you I was expecting a wonderful experience of living at the verge as they claim to have so many amenities and having amazing units but I was devastatingly proved that this would not be the case. When I put in a maintenance request to fix all of these things that very night, a man and a woman came banging on the door at 11 in the morning and yelling “maintenance!” We were very shocked and surprised that they didn't just knock nicely and talk to us with a somewhat kind voice. Instead, they were very rude and unpleasant. The lady started to put my bathroom door handle on but putting it on the completely wrong way, my boyfriend voiced that this was the wrong way, and she angrily tried to switch it and STILL put the door knob on the wrong way so the door wouldn't even shut. My boyfriend later had to fix it so the door would actually be able to shut. They also replaced the pantry door and kitchen cabinet with old and used replacements with visible marks on it; either from someone else's apartment or they were sitting in storage. The man also cleaned the burn on the ceiling with toilet cleaner, and yes, I realize there's bleach in it, but toilet cleaner is meant for the toilet NOT the ceiling which is right next to the stove where food is made. My roommate and I toured the place at the beginning of June 2024 and the pool was not filled, or up and running/ready to use. The day we moved in, we noticed that the pool was still not open. They claim to have such an amazing pool as their biggest amenity. After moving day my roommates and I figured they would try to get it running as summer was still in full swing for another month and a half. We were proved wrong once again. Fast-forward to now: the middle of June 2025 the pool has still not been up and running and they have claimed and announced multiple times that they are working on the pool, but nothing has changed, nor have I seen anyone working on it or making an effort to fix it. In the middle of November 2024 my roommate noticed that the heat was not on in the apartment and the thermostat said it was 65° in the apartment when it was set at 71°F with the heat on; mind you it was 15°F outside and the forecast called for an even colder night, this was at 4:30 PM when she called and told me. My roommate called the front desk and told them the issue we were having. She requested that maintenance come and get the heat running right away, but the employee on the phone stated that maintenance had left at 3 PM. The verge office closes at 6 PM. 6 PM. WHY IS MAINTENANCE LEAVING AT 3 PM WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 6. The lady contacted maintenance and maintenance said they would be... PT.2,3,4 IN PHOTOS>
