Living at BB LIVING has been such a great experience! I truly appreciate the entire maintenance team for always being so attentive, professional, and quick to respond whenever anything is needed. They stay on top of everything and consistently do an amazing job keeping the property running smoothly. The leasing office staff is also incredible MIRIAN AND FAHREN are kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and responds very quickly. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Property Manager JAMIE stays on top of all concerns and address everything right way. Very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. It’s hard to find people in this industry who truly care about the needs of their residents and she is never lacking! The property is always very well kept, clean, and maintained beautifully. Maintenance is always on top of their job, and it definitely does not go unnoticed. I appreciate every last one of them for all of their hard work and dedication! Highly recommend living here! The community is well kept. Very nice staff and maintenance. Probably the best maintenance team I’ve ever experienced in my time of renting. The only thing is that the lack of response to emails, every email I’ve sent I have not received one response. When I first moved in i at least got a email response within 48hrs. I understand busy schedules but being totally ignored is very unprofessional.

I don't even know where to begin with this review, so I'll just start with the fact that we had been bamboozled right from the jump. Everything seemed so good to be true when we were viewing the moving in process and the payments for BB Living; but honestly, it was almost too good to be true. At the beginning when my husband and I were looking to move from Georgia to Arizona for October 2024, we were trying to get in contact with the leasing team, and that was a hassle. We had read reviews about it was hard to get in contact with the team, but then my husband and I found a work around to get in contact with them. Upon leaving for Arizona, we had double and triple-checked about their security deposit program, and we thought we were set; however, fast-forward to May 2026, we are still dealing with them and their shenanigans. Our lease agreement ended in January 2026, and we made sure that we were all set to get all of our expenses squared away before our lease ended. The property manager, who is no longer there, told us the wrong financial information as to what we owed at the time of move out. Secondly, the security deposit program that we were told would be applied to our move-out expenses were not even applied to our move-out expenses; and we were told this via email from the property management company. Thirdly, we got an email from the property management company that our account was going to Collections because we did not pay our fees in a timely manner. And lastly, we were told that we would have this matter looked into prior by BB Living as this was a mistake on their part. We had been trying to call for months via phone and email communication and we have been left in the dust and hung up on. I would strongly advise you that if you are looking to find a home in renting with this complex, trust the rough reviews. They are here for a reason and do not take it lightly as it might leave you feeling ignored, frustrated, and bamboozled. And to BB Living, I hope you all do a better job in the future with being honest and transparent with your clients.

I truly enjoy living here! The leasing office staff goes above and beyond to show resident appreciation by hosting events that really bring the community together. You can tell they care about the details—the gym is always fresh and clean, and the pool is consistently sparkling. The entire maintenance crew is friendly and attentive, making the whole environment feel welcoming and well-kept. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend BB Living at Civic Square. The neighborhood is spacious and lovely, with a variety of houses and styles. The pool and gym are both generous and well-maintained. The home layouts are well thought out, and some even have an additional bathroom/bedroom suite, which is great for older family members or teenagers to have their own space. This area is fantastic and growing thoughtfully, with lots of smart planning and good food and entertainment nearby (but not too close!). We moved in last fall and had an HVAC issue during the recent heatwave. The staff went above and beyond to come to the rescue quickly. I've never experienced such caring and responsive rental management. I love our home and feel safe in this neighborhood, knowing that the management cares for us.
