BB Living at Civic Square, goodyear-az

My family and I have lived here since 2024. This is our 2nd BB Living property. We love it here at BB Living Civic Square. ALL THE STAFF IS AMAZING. The office staff and the entire maintenance team has been amazing since day one. I highly recommend you place this community as a consideration. We like a clean, friendly community. And that is what you get here. Know you by your first name kind of community. The options of floorplans are amazing. The community feel. The up and coming restaurants and shops are additional perks.

I've lived here for almost two years, and I absolutely love it! The townhomes were what first caught my attention—they're beautiful, well-designed, and exactly what I was looking for. The office staff and maintenance team have been wonderful throughout my time here. They're always friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues that come up. The gym is on the smaller side, but it's well-equipped with a great variety of machines and plenty of space to get a good workout in. As a dog owner, I also really appreciate the many grassy areas and walking spaces around the community for my pup. Overall, it's been a great place to call home, and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I highly recommend this community!

I have been residing at BB Living at Civic Square for almost a year and I love this place. The house is beautiful with lots of amenities surrounding the areas. They have facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness center for our family to utilize. Office also organizes lots of events for us to participate and celebrate together with the residents. Apart from this, the have very friendly and socialable management team and maintenance team who will respond to our request promptly. Thank you BB Living for making our stay safe and worries free.

I have had a great experience at BB so far! Fahren and Mirian, my leasing consultants, have both been incredibly kind and helpful. The townhomes are spacious and having a two-car garage is a huge plus. The amenities are clean, and the nearby park is great for walks. The maintenance team has also been amazing. My requests have always been completed within 1–2 days, and Kerry is always friendly, respectful, and happy to help with any issues that come up. The community is quiet, and my neighbors have been polite and respectful. One area that could use improvement is phone communication. It can be extremely difficult to reach the staff by phone. However, they are timely when responding to emails. At the time of this review, I was told they are working to improve their phone communication, and I hope to see that improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at BB and hope it continues to be a great place to call home!

We’ve been at BB Living at Civic Square for a couple of months now, and we’ve had a really positive experience. The community is beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, and our home has been everything we were hoping for. One thing that has really stood out is the maintenance team—they’re incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. Every maintenance request we’ve submitted has been handled quickly, and they always take the time to explain what they did before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Moving to a new state can be stressful, but BB Living has made us feel right at home. We’re very happy we chose this community!
