The Cove, goleta-cal

I had an amazing experience at The Cove in Santa Barbara! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect close to the beach with gorgeous coastal views that instantly make you feel relaxed and refreshed. Kaelen was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. The overall vibe is peaceful but still fun, making it a perfect spot whether you’re going with friends, family, or just looking for a little escape. Everything felt well organized and thoughtfully designed, and you can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. Santa Barbara already has so much charm, and The Cove adds to it in the best way possible. I would absolutely recommend The Cove to anyone visiting the area definitely a 5-star experience and I can’t wait to come back!

I was taking the beach route to and came across an “Open House” banner. Entered through the gate and was in awe of the community. I was curious so I wanted to see what is was for. I thought it was homes rent/sale but found out it was mostly geared for student rentals. Beautiful property. If I were back in college I would definitely rent there. I was greeted by a very professional young male employee which provided me with information. I guess my only negative would be parking as you know is a premium and maybe a management person on property in case of an emergency or any other issues that the residents might have. Overall though I was very impressed of the property being fairly knew compared to other properties. I like the fact that it’s kind of like single homes rather than a building complex. I also like the casita idea. Nicely done is all I can say!!

OMG, Kaelen is amazing! She made the whole process so easy. This property is so beautiful and safe! I am so excited for my son and know that he will be so happy here!

I’ve had a great time living in the Cove so far! The staff is extremely helpful and the neighborhood is wonderful!

This place and management is so unorganized. I was constantly getting random charges to my account that I could not get removed even with proof. They never answer phone calls or texts, so the only way of communication is going to their office. There is extremely poor communication with maintenance and why I am getting charged with gibberish fees. The dryers genuinely stained all my clothes and are unrepairable. And DO NOT even get me started with the parking. I can find better parking in downtown. They only offer 4 spots FOR A 12 PERSON HOUSE AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY TO PARK IN A GARAGE THAT ALREADY EXISTS. Genuinely if you have a car with you and don’t get a spot do not live there. The appliances were literally falling out of the cabinets. My AC was also leaking blue liquid all year and I GOT BLAMED FOR IT.
