BB Living at Val Vista, gilbert-az

We have had many first holidays here and the BB Living staff always makes holidays special. We have lived here three years and have watched the community change drastically which has been a slight downfall. The maintenance staff is incredible, the homes well built and updated as needed. There are great amenities just not always accessible. Overall 4 stars! We love raising our son here and love the area, just think a few things could improve to make it a 5!

Outstanding Community and Staff! Moving into a new community can be stressful, but the team at BB Living Val Vista makes it an absolute breeze. The community manager, Janelle, and the leasing agent, Caden, always go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy, heard, and well taken care of. Their professionalism and warmth make a huge difference here. On top of great management, the maintenance staff is always on top of things—prompt, friendly, and efficient. A special shoutout to Kevin, who keeps the grounds looking fantastic every single day. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to live, I highly recommend BB Living Val Vista!

Bb living is the best place we’ve lived since we’ve been in Arizona. The community is beautiful and well maintenance. The staff is friendly and personable. A lot of families live here so it’s a good place for the kids to make new friends and have a safe area to play. Highly recommend this place

As a current resident, I am extremely disappointed by what I witnessed today. The cleaning lady who was at my home had her car towed while she was standing outside my open garage, loading her cleaning supplies into her vehicle with the trunk open. It was obvious she was actively working and preparing to leave. Instead of showing any common sense or compassion, you chose to tow her vehicle. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I come home from work, there is routinely no parking available because residents park outside their garages and non-residents occupy the visitor spaces. Nothing ever seems to be done about those situations. Yet somehow, a hardworking woman trying to earn a living became the priority. To make matters worse, the equipment she was loading into her car—equipment she relies on for her livelihood—was taken and locked in your office after the tow. Knowing the situation, that decision only added unnecessary hardship to an already devastating experience. This incident has left me with an incredibly negative impression of this community and how it is managed. It has completely changed how I feel about living here and about renting from BB Living in the future. I will not be renewing my lease. Please consider this my notice that I will be vacating at the end of my lease term. I want to correct one part of my previous message. I have now been informed that management does not have the cleaning lady's equipment. Instead, I was told it was apparently stolen after her vehicle was towed and that she should file a police report. That is honestly just as disturbing. So, a hardworking woman had her vehicle towed while servicing a resident in a gated community, and now the tools she depends on for her livelihood are gone. The message this sends is that property isn't safe here, even inside a gated community. If the recommendation is simply to file a police report, then what confidence should residents have that this community is actually secure? That's an alarming response and does not inspire trust. This entire situation has left me questioning the safety of this community and the way residents and their guests are treated. It's incredibly disappointing and has only reinforced my decision not to renew my lease. I truly hope management takes a hard look at how this incident was handled and what it says about the community.

I’ve had such a great experience living here. The entire crew, from the office staff to the maintenance team, is consistently friendly, responsive, and professional. The maintenance staff especially deserves recognition. They’re quick, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care The property itself is clean, well-kept, and full of amenities that actually feel useful and enjoyable. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly. It’s been a wonderful place to live, and I really appreciate how much effort everyone puts into making the property feel comfortable and well-maintained.
