Victoria Station at Elon, gibsonville-nc

I graduated on 2026 and had been at Victoria Station for two years! Incredible apartments, incredible location (super convenient for performing arts students) and Julie Pedraza has been so helpful, attentive and caring to our requests and any concerns that ever came up. She has been such a treat to us tenants and the price is super affordable! You can either choose to go with an unfurnished or furnished apartment, which was super helpful. The folks over at Victoria station have been super adaptive to the tenants’ needs and I can’t recommend them enough!

Our daughter lived at Victoria Station during her junior year, and it was a great experience. The landlord was extremely responsive and flexible whenever anything came up. The units were well maintained, spacious, and there was plenty of parking. The property always felt very safe. The location is also very convenient—close to campus and the plaza across the street. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my time here!! Julie and Jaime are so kind and willing to help with anything their residents might need in the apartment. They are extremely attentive to detail. The apartments are so well-kept and fully furnished, which is ideal for college students! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Great spacious apartments close to campus. Owners are always receptive and available when needed. Would definitely recommend living here!

I lived at Victoria Station for two years and loved my experience there. It is one of the few two person off campus housing options for Elon students. It is a great apartment in a fantastic location. Just far enough off campus to be truly off campus living and not so far that I felt left out from the campus community. Plus, right across from The Mission Tacos, which I loved being able to hang out right near home with my friends.
