Tivoli Apartments in Gainesville, gainesville-fl

I came from there sister property. I love them both but Tivoli being smaller and with a better gym has won me. The staff is awesome too. They apparently got new management when I moved here. I love the place and my neighbors in my building are wonderful. I am upgrading to a bigger size unit in another building. I hope they are wonderful neighbors and that building is as clean as the one I am in. Come check Tivoli out.

overall: untimely maintenance, no response from management for days to months, mold issues in apartment, severe roach problem, poor upkeep of complex, hot water runs out in 15 minutes. they never do maintenance orders timely, even if you have emergent stuff (real emergencys like my water heater shaking and making loud bangs). i have trees growing into my balcony area. i guess nobody comes around to fix that, leading to bugs crawling into my balcony when they crawl on the branches. the people who come cut grass will blow all the grass, leaves, pollen dirt and etc onto the cars instead of onto the grass. the parking is filled with leaves that they dont bother cleaning. i had to get my own pest control because the roach problem is so horrible. all my brand new furniture is probably infested with roaches. i have never seen pest control come to the apartments… ive been here 2 years. the management never responds to emails in a timely manner. it takes 15+ days to a month to get a response. if you call they can never pick up or the person you need to talk to is busy or out of office. im pretty sure there is a mold problem. i tried to get testing done but it was over 1k. attached some pictures:

Jay is the best!! He made sure what I needed done got fixed and did it fast as well! Jay is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed! Best maintenance man I’ve experienced!

I am delighted for the fantastic management AND the maintenance crew. And I am also impressed over how well they work together and fixed the repairs needed so timely. Thank you!

This community checks every box. It’s quiet, convenient, and welcoming. I recommend moving here. The office staff including Christine, Jordan, Vincent, and Ralph and amazing and helpful.
