Third Place at Midtown, gainesville-fl

Lived here for an entire year. Worst year of my life. Make the place out to be great during move in, but things slowly fall apart. Maintenance requests were never fulfilled... and I mean NEVER. Moved in to several problems, holes behind the vanity in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work for months, maintenance never came to fix it. Irrigation broke for over a week, had RAW SEWAGE overflowing in my bathtub and out of the toilet, management offered no help. My apartment was robbed, their "state of the art" security system offered no help and honestly was a joke and a slap in the face when my laptop, TV and camera was stolen from my apartment during a break in. Pests were everywhere, even during move in, and they claimed to send people for "pest spraying" and never came. Even found a rat or two at one point. Property manager changed halfway through the year, the first one couldn't maintain anything. Property managers constantly threatening tenants and threatens to tow cars all the time despite charging for parking. Blatantly taking advantage of college students with their ridiculous charges.

All of the units here are actually 3 - story townhomes, which is pretty cool. They are fully renovated on the inside and you can get reserved parking right outside of your apartment.

This place was SPOTLESS when I moved in my daughter. I have NEVER moved her in to place I didn’t have to scrub down I was really impressed. Management went above and beyond on the phone to walk me through some things so far it’s an amazing experience. Very clean well kept and the grounds are too.

Really nice complex in Midtown just a couple blocks from UF. Literally a 5 minute walk to campus, so it's super convenient. They recently renovated all of the apartments, so they have brand new everything.

Roaches everywhere. Landlord would never come. Horrible service. Don't live here.
