So far so great! I had some issues during move-in and Samantha and the team were AWESOME with helping me get everything sorted. I had to submit a maintenance request early on as well and the response time/fix was amazing. So excited to be living here!

We put in a maintenance request for our dryer, and David came the very next day. He was great! He had it working again with no problem. He was super respectful, kind, and easy to talk to. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He got the job done quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. Overall just a really smooth, positive experience. We really appreciate him!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Emmett from the maintenance team. My brother lives in the complex and Emmett has been incredibly helpful to him. No matter what the issue is, Emmett is always available, super responsive, and gets the job done right. It's such a relief knowing there's someone so reliable on-site. Thank you, Emmett, for always going above and beyond.

Where do I start? This company leased us an apartment where the ac was inoperable/not cooling most of the year...in Fl. At one point the toilet upstairs leaked through the bathroom ceiling creating mold in the ceiling. I was made aware on move out there had been roaches in unit all year (disgusting). And these petty fools charged us 3.34$ upon move out when we patched holes that we didn't even make. Hilarious only not...More about ac...when I told them I was a landlord in Florida and knew my rights, after months...and I mean months of these guys living in heat and sweating it out they miraculously brought in portable units. Know your rights, fight for them, and be aware in the parking garage if you open your tailgate it could hit pipes and dent your vehicle because clearance is too low. Oops, one more thing, in the event of power outage the garage doors do not open and your vehicles cannot enter OR exit. All the truth...Theory do better.

The maintenance staff are very helpful and reassuring. David helped fix my range and was super responsive with work orders. He was incredibly polite and professional for all requests. He offers flexibility when it comes to residents and tends to their needs all the time, while taking time to make sure everything is running smoothly before leaving. Huge thanks to David and the maintenance staff at Theory for making life here so much easier!
