The maintenance staff are very helpful and reassuring. David helped fix my range and was super responsive with work orders. He was incredibly polite and professional for all requests. He offers flexibility when it comes to residents and tends to their needs all the time, while taking time to make sure everything is running smoothly before leaving. Huge thanks to David and the maintenance staff at Theory for making life here so much easier!

We put in a maintenance request for our dryer, and David came the very next day. He was great! He had it working again with no problem. He was super respectful, kind, and easy to talk to. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He got the job done quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. Overall just a really smooth, positive experience. We really appreciate him!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First of all, there are cockroaches and spiders EVERYWHERE and my roommates and I have never had a cockroach issue living in other places. Pest control came and there are still cockroaches. And now they’re FLYING. There’s food and throw up all in the hallways. It’s “cleaned” but there are still stains on the carpets that are making the place smell gross. Secondly, the elevators are ALWAYS broken. The main elevator was broken for 2 months maybe with one day working. They fix it for one day, and it breaks again. The backup elevator now is ALSO BROKEN. My friends came with a broken ankle with a boot on and had to climb up five flights of stairs. The disregard for your rent-paying residents is absurd, and frankly, I am disgusted by the incompetence of the management and maintenance of this establishment. Third, there is no professionalism from the workers here as they act inappropriately with the residents. Fourth, there is miscommunication between all channels of employees, specially management and maintenance workers. Maintenance requests are marked as “done” when nothing has been done. Finally, the wifi and service sucks. Anyone can use the wifi, so it’s not secured. It’s rarely working, and the TV is always lagging. I had to do an online exam, and suddenly the wifi goes down. My roommate was doing an interview, and the meeting kept cutting out. I would never recommend this place to my enemies’ neighbors’ daughters’ dogs.

I came and didn’t even had an appointment set-up but Star was so nice to squeeze me in a tour of the place. She answered all my questions and she was fun at the same time. The place is definitely is my vibe and top of my list so far. I just have to check a couple more places and decide. Thank you!

Had a tour with Starr and I must say it was a great experience overall. The apartment is a little ducked off but it’s perfect because it’s a more private and a little less loud compared to other apartments closer to the university. What really took me away was the modern design in the apartments oh and can’t forget the amenities. There’s a really nice gym with EVERYTHING you need as well as an amazing pool on the top floor with a large screen for watching movies!
