Staff up front are awesome very professional kind and great snacks treat employees great as well as the tenants. They are pet friendly and super clean areas. Vip is beautiful especially the pool.they have grill area and special pet areas computer n study rooms two gym areas and a dance studio. Multiple pool tables and areas to relax. Even maintenance is friendly and fix things as fast as they can. I love the service and experience you get at The Standard of Gainesville. Also they hold events every month that are fun to partake in. Great gift bags and I really love every one that makes you want to stay here forever.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PHOTO IS FAKE. There are no fire pits that work, no lights lining the pool, and the big screen hasn’t worked the entire year i’ve been here (2026) despite me asking about it the day I moved in and many many other times. The office and corporate are avoidant. I will be moving to Legacy. Even though Legacy is run by the same corporation who only care about how much you pay them, their amenities work. Take everything they say on tours with a grain of salt. Honestly if you want the quality you pay for go to legacy, stadium house, or theory (main building). Hub is good too if you like sauna but I didn’t like the low ceilings. I know standard is right across campus but it’s only saving a 3 minute walk or a 1 minute bike/scooter ride from somewhere like theory or legacy. I am writing this after I busted my butt on multiple broken tiles on the edge of the pool. This being an honest review, I must say the gym is good, the pool has a great view of the sunset, and the residents for the most part are chill.

After my first semester at The Standard, I can say I love staying here. To the pool, gym, golf simulator, it’s perfect. Especially the staff members like Rick who keeps our hallways clean every week!

I need to give an enormous thank you and shout out to Kia Jackson and Summer at The Standard Gainesville for assisting my daughter and I with an issue that came up. I cannot express how grateful I am and how much easier they made things for us!! I would highly recommend Kia, Summer and The Standard!!!

Literally the worst managed apartment complex I have ever dealt with. Dishonest, rude and refusing to honor what we had been promised. Avoid at all costs. Plus for the exorbitant price, there is garbage everywhere and it smells horribly. ZERO stars.
