I wish I could recommend this complex because the apartments themselves and their proximity to campus are great. However, the management is unresponsive and unreliable. My roommates and I just renewed for a third year, which we now regret. Our AC was broken for over a month, leaving the apartment at 88 degrees and unlivable. We filed multiple reports, yet management did nothing to resolve it promptly. On top of that, our utility bills spiked due to their negligence, and despite repeated attempts to contact management, they have ignored our requests for fair compensation. The units may look nice, but if you want a management that is remotely present and attentive to basic living conditions, look elsewhere.

Best apartment! Such a large apartment and really cozy, plus has everything you could need. On top of that, the management is amazing. Kaylei responds quickly and addresses any problems I have which really makes it so easy on the resident. They really make you feel like they care. Maintenance always responds very quickly and actually solves the issue instead of just patching it. Any negative reviews are from old management and they definitely fixed any issues. I will be living here again!!

Just completed the guarantor process for our daughter to lease at this property in the fall. Alex and Macenzie were very helpful in navigating the paperwork… good sign so far for a well managed property! 👍🏻

Excellent apartment location. The ease of learning and submitting a reservation was a pleasant experience. After visiting multiple sites, LynCourt Square was certainly our immediate choice. The staff, specifically Mitchell Trayser Leasing Consultant at Contemporary Management Concepts, was beyond professional and caring. We cannot stress enough the comfort of having Mitch and the staff walk us thru the process and carefully listen to our concerns, we are forever grateful. Service made a "huge" difference when compared to the competitors. Great service and excellent organization.

I rarely write reviews however I am beyond disappointed and appalled at the way I was treated when considering this company to lease from next year. My roommate and I went to tour Lyncourt Square and the women who toured us was beyond the words rude and disrespectful towards us (I believe her name was Anne Marie or something similar to that.) We walked in asking for a tour and she visibly rolled her eyes and sighed when she said she would give us a tour. When looking for a place to lease the last thing I would expect to be treated as is an inconvenience. She was throughout the entire tour rude and made us feel unwelcome. When speaking about the price she was very degrading and spoke as if she thought we were unable to afford the property. She said before the tour even started “the price is this. Will that be a problem for you”. It was as if she was trying to get us to leave before the tour so she wouldn’t have to get up and show us the property. I am very disappointed in this experience because my roommates and I were very interested in leasing at this property. On the bright side we now know where not to lease.
