The Row UF, gainesville-fl

This is my student’s second year at The Row. The building is well maintained, and any maintenance orders are taken care of in a timely manner. The manager is on site and very accessible. Her name is Mckenzie and she has been very helpful. In transferring apartments this year, I found the apartment to be very clean and there was even a little door hanger that said the apartment had been sanitized. It was in fact very clean. My student will be graduating or we would be signing up for a third year. And the fact that you come in from the garage and smell that wonderful coffee at opus is also a plus.

Moving your child into college is never an easy task but we have been very happy with The Row. The building is beautiful and the leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. Ryan has always followed through with every request or question we have had.

Entire staff is super helpful and very responsive. I worked with both Alex and Nicolette. She really took her time to explain all the questions in detail regarding the lease, the facility. She's also UF student, so she provided detailed insights that were very helpful in making the decision. While Alex assisted every step of the lease process. Highly recommend this place!

It is a great place to live at. Fantastic amenities, it is new and clean. Good amount of space, good security and good parking. The leasing office is so helpful and they always do their best to accommodate everyone’s wishes. They are so friendly and the leasing process is super easy. Macenzie especially is so sweet and helpful! Close to campus and good food options are nearby.

Alex and Mackenzie were extremely helpful with securing me a lease. They provided me with my options and helped talk me through my decision. They had a pleasant demeanor, and were very welcoming and understanding. They made the stressful experience so easy and I would recommend them to anyone. They took all of my concerns to heart and made the process seamless and enjoyable.
