Jose, along with the whole maintenance team, are absolutely fantastic!! Jose came after hours to help me with my broken AC and got it up and running in no time. Edwin was also so helpful during move-in, fixing a few major issues right on the spot for me. I’ve never experienced such attentive and fast service at any other apartment that I’ve lived in Gainesville (Hub/Trimark).

Your maintenance man Jose is terrific. My Gator is at the row on 7th and was having AC issues and I saw him in the parking lot and he bent over backwards to get the AC fixed and running properly. I wish the world had more people like Jose.

Thank you to Macenzie Monroe and Lauren Coleman for helping make my living situation as a UF student so great! I have been at The Row on 7th for two years, and can truly say that I think this is the best place to live in Gainesville as a student at UF, based on the quality of the building management, maintenance team, and overall boutique building and community.

Have been living here almost 2 years, nothing to complain about at all! Staff are very attentive, patient, and communicative. Apartment is super spacious and location is great. Definitely consider them if in your price range!

I have lived at the row on 7th all four years of college and have loved it. From the spacious bedrooms to the kind leasing agents, I've had nothing but a great experience here. Izabella just helped me get some final arrangements done for my senior year, and I couldn't be more grateful. The row has been the perfect location and the perfect place for me during my college career.
