Our sink was broken in the kitchen for a week and let us live in this condition. Our sink drain was not working and was pouring into our dishwasher onto the floor and made our whole apartment stink and even after multiple emergent maintenance requests, no one came. They also changed our passcodes to our door and never told us the password until three days later leaving us locked out of our apartments. When we asked the front desk girls about it they rolled their eyes and looked like we were inconveniencing them. I do not recommend living here. Not worth it. Not to mention the roach problem.

The ridge was an amazing experience. The last two years the staff has been great. Cassi, Skylar , Kennedy , and kayla were awesome . Would highly recommend living here !

I was charged $175 upon move-out for LED damage along the ceiling. This damage was already present when I moved in, and I had submitted photos of it through their portal as documentation. I was also charged $300 for “door replacement” without being told what the alleged damage was or being provided any documentation supporting the charge. All of my doors were functioning properly when I moved out. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thoroughly documenting the condition of your unit when you move in AND before you leave.

Parking is awful, towed for parking at the “dog park” maybe 100 feet away from the dog park out of everyones way with my parking permit. Rent is atrocious, AC doesn’t work in the amenities center. Least bang for your buck! Overall and awful place to live, ON20 was wayyy better

the apartment was extremely dirty when we moved in, not just like previous tenants messy, but things that were obviously skipped or not checked before moving in. we had an infestation of bugs in the floor in the bonus room that we had to deal with ourselves. there was also mold in the apartment that we tested for and brought to maintenance and they ignored and also didn't even try to provide an opportunity to escalate to property management. they basically just said we don't know what that is and we don't care when we showed them the mold tests. the washing machine was broken the ENTIRE lease and no rent adjustment was made. multiple maintenance people came to check it and offered temporary solutions but even now the clothes still come out dirty and unwashed. the maintenance crew themselves were difficult to work with and disrespectful. they were obnoxiously loud not related to repairs, but talking, yelling, stomping unnecessarily even when I said I was in a lecture online class . there have been multiple times that they would stand in the apartment taking personal phone calls laughing and talking extremely loudly. they also leave trash behind, dirt on floors from boots, and leave all lights on even when people aren't home. basic respect just isn't there. the property staff are also difficult to work with and generally uninformed. they often talk like they don't even work there and never have and tangible information. for example, the wifi in the study rooms was promised to be up and running the entire lease term, but was never fixed, and when property staff was approached, they gave excuses and shrugged as if they didn't know when it could be fixed. however, a whole vending treat room was installed with automated vending for snacks and drinks. mind you, this fob room was the only working fob door and the first working fob door to be installed on the property even when we reported non-residents sleeping in and occupying the study room cubes. there were multiple unhoused people who were obviously not residents occupying common areas that were right next to the apartment residences for weeks before security was actually implemented. the staff generally also was just very disorganized and never seemed to know what was going on. it was more often that they would be seen talking and laughing than actually attending to office details. the turnaround time on emails definitely speaks to that as well. about cleanliness, the gym is absolutely disgusting. the floor looks and feels like it hasn't ever been cleaned and the layer of filth is thick. as for construction quality, ALL OF THE DOORS in one of the womens restrooms in the main building except the ADA stall DO NOT CLOSE OR LOCK PROPERLY. FINALLY there's no on call number for maintenance. when the apartment ceiling started LEAKING WATER there was no contact in the move in packet, in the lease, or on resident portal on who to contact.
