Pros: Maintenance and janitors go above and beyond they are awesome! Interior of apartments and amenities look beautiful. Cons: They don't have real people on the phone its an AI. Your bed will create a shadow on the wall for some unavoidable and inexplicable reason, I better not be charged for the shadow upon move-out because you guys can just paint it off. I think y'all need better paint. Also decrease guest parking prices $11 a spot is criminal it should be like $8 or less we already pay insane amounts for this place :( Currently we are on hour like 60 of a wifi outage and they sent us one email after a full 24 hours had passed. No updates since. Overall for a higher score do better when wifi is down, get rid of the stupid AI phone answer thing I hate that thing.

Took em 24 hours to even send a message regarding a wifi outage, no updates afterwards. their target audience is students who have exams and absolutely require wifi, we need to be updated as to when the outages will be fixed and without updates and transparency we are way more stressed. please update us more next time you guys experience a routine problem like this. Everyone has issues but I just wish we were informed that would help a lot Edit: no offense to anyone but it's now been like 60 hrs and theres been no update since the one at 24 hrs, y'all gotta at least tell us something lol it's midterms just kinda weird to leave your residents in the dark.

Honneurson was very personable and accommodating—he gave me a tour even though I arrived unannounced. He was open to questions and answered everything thoroughly. The building itself is extremely clean, updated, and supported by a friendly staff.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES .IN DAY TIME AND NIGHT TIME .THE MANAGEMENT IS DOING NOTHING . In the bathrooms in the Kitchen ,one was crawling on a bed !WHEN MY DAUGHTER AND HER ROOM MATES COMPLAIN ,THEY SAY PUT IN A WORK ORDER WE CAN DO NOTHING! On top of that there is mold around the vents .Broken smoke alarm broken towel bar in my daughters bathroom .One of the girls has a severe cat allergy and they assigned a fourth roommate who has a cat.All this is unacceptable !!!!
