The maintenance here is incredibly fast and friendly. Jha is always speedy with all the orders. The front office staff is also kind and helpful with all my questions! Especially in the beginning of the year when I had issues with WiFi, they helped me troubleshoot. The apartments are spacious as well. Happily renewed for another year!

By far one of the best price to square footage ratio in Gainesville. Stayed in a 3x3. Maintenance men were efficient, timely, and very helpful. Amenities are definitely below par compared to what many other Gainesville complexes provide. However, the peace of the location makes up for it.

J the maintenance guy is the absolute best!!! Not only is he so fast, helpful and effective but he is also so caring and lovable. You won’t get this level of care at any other apartment complex. We love you J!!!!

If they want to charge you, they’ll charge you. I just moved out, and they charged from my deposit. Their lease clearly states that normal cleaning (including cleaning the toilet and cabinets) will not be charged, but they deducted my deposit anyway. I really don’t understand why they charged me, because the issues shown in the photos they provided could been completely resolved through normal cleaning.

I seriously cannot stand the move out process here. The moment you receive an email titled Hello Resident, your nightmare begins. Since June 15, they have been carrying out their so called move out process. At any random time, 8 AM, 10 AM, or noon, they show up and bang on your door for yet another inspection. And technically, you cannot even complain because they sent out those generic emails saying inspections would happen. But that is not even the worst part. Just an hour ago, (even though I am moving out next week, ) they started pounding on my door at 8:30 in the morning. (Why so urgent????) This time, they came to replace my bathroom vanity. The whole job takes two to three hours, but I never received any notice that they would be coming today. Now they are in my bathroom using power drills, and the noise is absolutely unbearable. When I asked the manager why no one informed me beforehand, the answer was that they could not give residents a specific time because the maintenance team does not give them a schedule for when they will replace each vanity. So apparently, residents are just expected to stay home and wait indefinitely while maintenance can show up whenever it is convenient for them. To anyone planning to move out, be prepared. Once your move out process starts, do not expect any peace during your last two months. Between constant maintenance work and repeated inspections, it feels like your apartment is no longer your own. I am so done with these endless maintenance visits and inspections.
